Not from here so maybe it's good to locals, but no flavor, over cooked, absolutely terrible. Our kids looked at this disgusted bc even they knew we've had better. Mind you, 4 fried rices and 2 (3ea) spring rolls was $70. Obviously we won't be back but other tourists beware

Love this place. I went to it when I was in my 30's and it is still great.

Over all food and service were great. But extremely noisey. The echo in the restraunt is excessive even before the chefs start cooking, makes it extremely hard to hear anyone at your table.

The saving grace to the food were the salad & sushi. The service was decent but out hibachi cook kinda bland compared to the others. Maybe BC we were the only different demographic but who knows. Atmosphere was okay.

Anytime my family and I head to Foley, we try to stop here for lunch. We’ve been coming for years, and I finally remembered to leave a review.

Ahh so sad. The sushi was no good. Got 2 seperate rolls and they were flavorless, dry, and didn't have fresh ingredients. Disappointed. Maybe hibachi side is better

I have eaten here more than 25 times and its always good sushi. However, my server poured me chilled red wine which isn't served cold and he shorted the glass. I was charged $8 for 3 Oz of wine. I didnt complain. I ordered a second glass and it was still shorted. The tuna tataki i ordered, spring rolls, dynamite roll and miso were great. The server just didnt bring napkins or any sauce. I had to get up multiple times for napkins, soy sauce and ask for Sriracha. He didn't check in on how things were and when he came by, he took the napkins I had just got. I tipped $10 on a $60 bill, but I felt he didn't deserve that. I just wanted to be polite. Anyways, I hope my next visit is better.

Very slow service at Hibachi. Forgot some of the “kitchen” food. Didn’t refill drinks. The “chef” was not engaging. Boo

Very upset with the Hibachi Chef for Table H7 tonight as I asked the server to please tell the Chef not to use Sessme Seeds on my food as I have a food allergy. This chef made a point to embarrass me at our table as well as other guests at the other tables were staring. He scolded the server and told me if I wanted a meal without Sessme Seeds I should go to the kitchen and make my meal. He then used the “Vodka” bottle to wipe the grill and then showing me the bottle he asked if I had a problem with “ Vodka” as well! I wanted to leave but my husband was hungry and we stayed. I asked for the manager and the greeted with long hair indicated he was the manager and that he heard what had happened and the owner was coming in and would discuss this with the Chef. Folks. This is a big deal when there are food allergies. Yes. I enjoy Oriental Food and have been in numerous Japanese and Hibachi Restaurants and never had an issue with them withholding sesame seeds from my order. I may take this issue up with Baldwin County Health Dept. as well. Shame On YOU CHEF!!!
