We have dined at Ichiban many times and its been wonderful! However last night our chef, Noel, exceeded our expectations! He was very engaging and a talented chef! He put on a wonderful show during our hibachi experience!

Usually have a good meal but this time the food was not as good. Rangoon were soggy, rice was good, steak tough. All was disappointing on this particular day. Waitress was nice and gave good service.

It was a great experience at Ichiban! The service was great, the food was great, and our chef Noel and our server Monroe were excellent!! Monroe was very attentive, kept our drinks full, and was very kind. The hibachi chef Noel was very friendly, funny, and had a great personality overall. The meal he prepared for us was the best my family has ever had from there. Request to have them if you go!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 🌟 California (his real name is Noel) is hands-down the BEST hibachi chef we’ve ever had—not just at Ichiban but anywhere. 🔥 Every time we sit at his grill, it’s an experience—he brings incredible energy, fun, and pure talent. He keeps the whole crowd laughing 😂, engages everyone (kids and adults alike 👨👩👧👦), and makes the night unforgettable.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. 🍤🥩🍚 Portions are generous (leftovers guaranteed!), the flavors are spot-on, and he somehow makes even fried rice taste like magic. ✨ Everything is cooked perfectly—steak, chicken, seafood—you name it.
We request him by name every single time because he sets the bar sky-high. 🙌 If you’re going to Ichiban, do yourself a favor—ask for California (Noel). You’ll leave full, smiling, and already planning your next visit. ❤️
I already believe that everyone knows that their food is amazing but I want to especially highlight they're amazing customer service. When I went I ordered the sushi special which comes with a special Sushi and a free extra Roll Along with it so amazing prices and the quality did not disappoint as it tasted amazing. And one of the waiters ran outside to ensure that I got it showing their great customer service and friendliness!
I shouldve known when we walked in and they only had 2 customers, we should have left. The food, chef, and service were all 0/10 horrible!! The food tasted extremely weird! Like old weird. The chef was so unenthusiastic even after we told them it was our son 13th bday. The chef made no eye contact, cooked super fast, and left. Barely even said anything to us. He even gave me uncooked shrimp!!!! I was so disgusted. Food was horribly nasty. The yum yum sauce was also disgusting. Then we almost just left without paying because it took them so long to bring the bill!!! I had to stand up and wave my hands around to get the bill and it wasnt even anyone in there!!!! The ginger dressing tasted weird with the salad too. Idk if their food is old, not being kept at proper temps, or what but something is definitely off. Avoid this place if you can. Disgusting!

Came in on a Sunday. The restaurant was almost completely empty but was told there would be a 45 min wait for a table due to Sundays being reservation only days. Had to order Togo just to get service. The food is great, but if Sundays are by reservation only, it should be posted somewhere.
Very kinda workers there and good food. The one host Kristen was very rude and ignores my sister and I every time we come in and won’t sit us. She sits everyone but us even though we were before a lot of people. I had talked to the manager Jason about her behavior (he is super nice) and then she starts hovering around our table the rest of the time there and is passive aggressive with us the whole time. Very nice service there except from that one girl. Other than that great food!
