As I've Recently moved to the Area, I've been trying all the Local Sushi places & this one came highly recommended...It's a little out of the way, in a tiny parking lot, however it's WORTH THE TRIP..My custom roll (made & tried by 3 local shops) was damn near PERFECT. Flavourful, beautifully put together, fresh, and nearly 98% of what I was looking for!!The price was quite fair, and thier Sake selection is wonderful!AFTER TRYING THEM ALL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ICHIBAN!!!!I'm VERY IMPRESSED and will return!!

Ichiban sashimi is the most excellent combination of fresh fish. I highly recommend this Japanese restuarant.*****All this and more! Just had dinner there again yesterday, and the quality of the sashimi was fantastic!!! Dinner begins at 4:30..Thanks Ichiban for an authentic and delicious Japanese meal!

Really good, with decent prices. I was a little disappointed that they would not let me sit at the hibachi, and it was my birthday, but they have a policy not to sit a single person at the hibachi. So, dining table it was!

Highly recommend Ichiban in Foley. Our server was excellent. She was prompt in bringing out menus and taking our order. We ordered 6 rolls and she had them out in 15-20 minutes which is fast for that many rolls. The sushi was excellent and beautifully presented. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us multiple times. We will definitely go back.
