The regular employees were great let me say this first and for most ! The manager Lisa was super rude to my wife over wanting extra sauces that she was okay with paying for ! When you have employees apologizing for their managers attitude it’s time to get new management point blank.

The Management at this restaurant should be fired. I heard them cussing employees while eating there. And heard one girl tell someone not to put their hands on them. I was told a manager was patting a female employee on her head like a dog. My wife and I won't be back.

First time eating here today. This was delicious! Everyone was really nice. Service was terrific. I had the pulled chicken sandwich and my husband had the pulled pork. Met the chef, Eric. He knows his stuff. 10/10, we will be back.
My wife and I usually like dining at Jim 'N Nicks in Foley, but tonight was the exception. It seems that the working staff has adopted a different attitude. The young woman taking our order exhibited a rather impatient "tude" as my wife was not making her mind up fast enough for her. There was no one behind us. I went ahead and added a 20% tip, which I shouldn't have because the young Gen Zer that delivered our order dumped the tray in my lap. It was not on purpose I know, but his attention was less than optimum and he neither apologized nor offered to help clean up. Brain dead is a good description. I talked to the manager who said he had been sent down from Birmingham, and I can understand why. He offered a piece of pie as an appeasement, but what was done was done. I hope that they can bring the service back up to what they had previously.

Always on the hunt for the best smoked meat bbq. I was skeptical at first. Orders the brisket Chicken sampler with slaw and potato salad. The brisket was smoked well and perfectly marbled. Chicken was moist and tender with a hint of smoke. I was impressed and surprised. Good job Jim n nicks

We eat at every jim n nicks we come too. This one was by far the worst. No table service, no free biscuits, we did buy some that were not fresh and only one butter. Nothing like thr other locations. Plus u have to walk to the counter and order ur food, pay, and tip!!!

According to employee of the drive thru at night they have one person and can barely handle 2 cars in the line. Foods okay Moes bbq is Better trust me and it’s not far.

Drive thru worker is extremely rude and lazy. Food is good but need to find someone with better customer service skills and a better work ethic to work the drive through line, especially if you are going to schedule them by themselves according to them.
