Tried to sit down with my kids so I could look at the menu and order and got a sarcastic comment from a girl that said the table wasn’t clean and “besides you have to order before you sit down”. Clearly I can see that but I have two children.

2nd time in two weeks my drive thru order has been wrong. Came in tonight and got a potato with brisket amd white bbq. When I get home I find that my order has pork on it and no white bbq. Shame on me for not checking before I left.

Having had BBQ across the country...was looking forward to trying a new place...food was average; Rudy's is still the best in this type of BBQ restaurant; we tried the turkey, brisket, sausage, pulled pork...unfortunately none had a particularly noteworthy flavor, however, all were cooked well; for the trimmings we had corn, mac and cheese, BBQ beans, and potato salad...the potato salad was the best of the trimmings with BBQ beans just behind; cornbread was good. The atmosphere was very good and the people working there were great...both of which can not be overlooked. Definitely not bad food and service!

We waited in the drive thru and nobody ever tried to take our order. Drove up to the window and tried to put an order in , they were out of what we wanted. VERY poor customer service

I walked in expecting to order a huge meal to satisfy my hunger. I walked past four staff members, blabbering among themselves, to arrive at the counter to order my feast. The place was empty. The grumpy-looking gal at the counter behaved as if I was invisible. At least 8 staff members were working. Not a single person acknowledged my presence. I walked out after 5 minutes. That experience was so weird I had to post a review.
Super friendly staff. Food was very good and the place is immaculate. I recommend it if you're in the mood for some good barbecue food

Restaurant has changed from when I lived in Georgia, and it's menu is more limited. They use to serve one of the best steaks I had ever had, but it's no longer on the menu. The restaurant is now a fast food barbecue restaurant.
