This Jimmy John's is great I use the drive thru,they are fast and very courteous and always ask if I'm a member to add to my reward point balance. And of course the sandwiches are great!

Service in the drive thru was very slow today. Not good when we only have a limited amount of time for lunch. It was one car order. Once that car was serviced the line started to move like normal.

The girl at the drive thru had to be told how much change I should have gotten back. Kids don't know how to do math anymore.
I normally love Jimmy Johns but not today. Totally bummed!
