Me & my husband placed an order before we even left our house (25ish minutes away) We order a 16 piece meal. It was marked completed in the app 10 minutes after ordering, when we get here they hadn’t even STARTED making the order. After about 20 minutes waiting they finally dropped the chicken.The parking lot & lobby is a ghost town, no excuse. So all in all we’ve been waiting almost an hour for our order. To top it off they have “i don’t care” attitudes. Do better KFC this is the only location in baldwin county !

Worse customer service ever,especially from an older lady that claims she had been working there over 20 years…each time you visit the drive thru we get a charge for something totally different even when it’s the same exact meal and you are not allow to ask or else you will be ignored and windows slam in your face

Could not get food. Sat in the drive thru and sat for 30 minutes. Tried to go inside and order and the lobby was closed. With all the employees sitting in the lobby eating. Has to be the worst place to eat. Stay away from this place!!!

This is the worst KFC I ever visited in not from this state but this my second time stopping here because it close to my hotel but both times they ran out of something on the menu service was very slow and the customer service is horrible. The manager he seems over worked and stressed. The worker looks very unhappy and unclean. I try to give them a chance to correct the issues I had but got nothing but attitude from the staff.
The Manager Crest ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was awesome. The food was fresh and good. He also helped me find the best meal for my family on Father's day! Thank you ❤️

Every time I go in there to pick up a DoorDash order it’s at least a 30 minute wait. I’ve never walked in there and had an order ready today. I went to pick up an order and it was a very simple one three pot pies. They had two of them ready in a bag and they told me it would be a 25 minute wait for the third one last night. I waited 25 minutes for a three-piece tender box and earlier this week I waited 23 minutes for a chicken sandwich no matter what you order from this place it will take a while to get and it probably won’t even be that good. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes down the street. Also, I’ve gone all different times of day so it doesn’t matter what shift you catch

First one to pull up in the drive thru. Got parked and waited 15 minutes while the 4 cars behind me got their food and we t on their way. We got a chicken sandwich, and a 4 piece tender meal. We were told they were waiting on fries. Then we got cold fries, oh and they forgot our dipping sauce. Trust me, I know the real reason.

I ordered a 16 piece original at the drive thru. I knew it would probably take a minute to get a big order. Well it took an hour. I got home after a hour wait just to find out they didn’t give me any biscuits. 8 is what I paid for. Also, the Chicken tastes like they could have been cooked longer. Do better. I didn’t mind waiting. I expected that but only one car came after me and left before me. Shame.
