7 days on the Liberty cruise ship (worst slopp ever) 4 hours on I10 I needed a break and edible food. KFC always hits the spot!

Always been a KFC person, but the lack of service is getting to me. I guess they will be gone in another 10 years or so. Hopefully they sell the secret 12 herbs and spices before they sink. After they could not tell me how long it will take, I drove to Popeye’s.

I went to this restaurant today and I must say I was very disappointed in the service and the food! I walked into the lobby it was like a ghost town people saw me standing at the front but never acknowledged me so I stood there for another 10 minutes and decided I would try to drive through. When I got to the drive-thru I waited another 5 minutes to be taken care of and finally I place my order only to be told I needed to pull up and wait for my food now mind you there was no one in the Drive-Thru. I waited 15 minutes for my food which means I had already spent 30 minutes just trying to get some chicken! I ordered the three piece dunk it combo and I'm very surprised I did not break my teeth on the chicken tenders that I received they looked like they were several days old so obviously I did not eat them the only thing decent in my combo was the mashpops so that was a bust! My husband ordered the three piece all white extra crunchy combo and the only thing decent was the mashed potatoes! There was no biscuit and the coleslaw tasted like it was soured! So basically for dinner I had the mash pops and he had the mashed potatoes after spending $22.20! I really believe this restaurant needs to have a Mystery Diner and definitely some improvements need to be made for quality and customer service! Also as I was walking into the restaurant two of the employees were fighting right at the front door I had to squeeze around them to get inside very professional! It's very sad because I've always loved KFC but I will pass from now on! Obviously the management at this restaurant doesn't care about customer service or food quality! If I could have given them a zero I would have!

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in Foley Alabama. The service was terrible. Had to wait a really long time. The employees have no customer service. Everybody was a disappointment. Will never return to this KFC stay away.!

Took 35 minutes for a 16 peace original recipe chicken only. Was clearly cooked in very old grease and was so over seasoned it was barely edible. Cherry on top was no receipt… Never going back

I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed in this KFC. This will be the last time we come back because they forget to give us our whole order pretty much everytime we've went and this time they forgot the sides. Normally I love KFC but very disappointed. The crew is always nice to is though.

Chicken wings always dry and hard. Ordered a chicken sandwich last week to switch it up and it was raw …fries hard never fresh. If there were an option for zero stars I would have chose it. Please hire a better staff. This Is ridiculous.always have to pull up and they clear out the drive thru just to have us sit and wait and never remember which order goes to which car.

Beware of going to this store in foley. You will be spoken to with disrespect and you may or may not get cussed at or hear manager and other employees cussing at each other. There is no customer service and taking any responsibility of the way they act. Will never go step foot in the place again and I have lived here my whole life!!!

Absolutely horrible! Terrible service. They seriously need to reconsider their hiring procedures. I honestly couldn’t tell you about the food because after dealing with trying to order and the wait time on the “fast” food was insane

The managers need to be fired.The one named Cress is always in a woman's face instead of doing his job.He even had the nerve to ask a customer to buy food stamps.Hes literally running a good place in the ground.

This business really needs to have a meeting with the staff employees being yelled at is not the way to conduct business and then get in a customers face because he had the clerk ring up our order and due to the mistake he yelled at me to tell him
What my order was I was looking at the menu board and he got I. My face and said look me in the eye and tell me your order don’t look at the menu u board I did not make your employee walk out on her shift and now you are short handed but corporate really needs to get involved the “manager”brought food to the table and slammed it down and it was not our order that did not help matters I asked to just give me my money back he refused then I was the last one to finally get my food but the first one to order so when I finally got my food he slammed the food on the table and was a total jerk after we request to get the corporate number he brought us a receipt that was not ours (another customers credit card number on the receipt) and said if we wanted to contact corporate to go ahead and they could fire me today this was the most unprofessional manager I believe I had ever seen after we started to leave he proceeds to bring me a free cake i said no thanks i think he realized he was in the wrong but let me give you a piece of advice when the job is getting tough and under pressure back up and regroup like a good quarterback does. Don’t take it out on the customer for your bad day because if it wasn’t for the customer you would not have a job

I had to give one star because there was a “no star” but this place had extremely horrible service. The manager was rude to every customer throwing food at customers and yelling at employees causing them to clock out and leave. He was out in the parking lot yelling at an employee that clocked out and walk out of hole the lobby was full of people. He was also out in the parking lot talking to customers about other customers
