Bad service.

The speaker was down with a note on it saying to pull to the next window. I sat there for 20 mins at the window before someone told me to come inside. They only greeted lack ppl when they walked in. It was very obvious. Quite sad really. I had to tell them that I didn’t get a receipt after I ordered and paid, they just walked away. Then they didn’t have the sweet tea out front instead it was behind the counter so I had to ask for sweet tea again even though I ordered it the first time 🤦🏻‍♀️ they said they were too busy to change the sign on the speaker but yet they were yapping and standing around. Very unprofessional. But I guess that’s what fast food has come to.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash waited 15 minutes just for them to tell me it was going to be another 15 minutes. I don’t know where in America it takes a KFC order for an eight piece chicken 30 minutes to get out the restaurant when you have no customers in there but I guess you can consider foley one of them. Hire some people with good work ethic or you are going to continue to lose business. It’s no wonder you’re failing the way you are failing.

Went to the Foley KFC 2460 South McKenzie Street, Foley Al drive thru for lunch 12/11/2025. First no one answered the drive through window so drove up to the window and could see the female employee just standing there on her personal phone. Had to get her attention to get her to take my odder. Ordered two of the Three-Piece Big Boxes to go. When I got home, I found the two Three-Piece Big Boxes only contain two small pieces of chicken, not even the three pieces as advertised. When I tried to call the KFC, the phone would only ring and no one would answer, guessing she back on her personal phone.

I came in 5 minutes before time to pick up my order. They hadn't even started it yet!!! This was a $125 order!!!!
The workers are rude and very inconsiderate.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders and they were the size of nuggets. Three sad, tiny little nuggets.

Bought 4 piece chicken and side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was not edible. Couldn't chew and didnt taste like KFC chicken and was really dry to the point of not being able.to eat it. Attached is a picture of the wing. If I didnt tell anyone was a wing..you wouldnt be able to tell by the product!!!!! Waste of money. Potatoes and gravy were good.

Very dissatisfied. They are passing off the packets of honey bbq sauce as the honey bbq chicken! This happened twice this week. They are clearly displaying the original honey bbq chicken on signs but selling regular chicken with sauce packets.

this place is a hot mess! Everyone is running around with their heads cut off, there is no direction for this staff. the manager on duty is running back and forth taking food our to drive up. Hey mr manager, maybe get someone else to do that so you can steer the sinking ship and get out of this disaster

The chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets. They were very small. It's not the people who work there's fault. It's obviously the corporations fault.

Terrible location, I have give them 3 chances, because I loved KFC...this location is horribly managed takes forever for them to even look up front to see if someone is there to order, takes forever to get your food even when they are not busy...just employees playing around and joking in the kitchen....and im also a dasher every time I go to pick up they take forever or the order is wrong. I was on a dash one time and I waited 15 minutes to 20 minutes in which during that time they asked me 3 times the name on my order. After all that then a different employee ask me again and then said they will have to cook it, son confused why corporate dont get involved..so I called dasher and unassigned the order after 20 min, so I have proof through dasher how long i was there, then told dasher to never send me KFC orders unless they get that place all fired and rehire with new management. And dasher unassigned me and agreed. Im a top rated dasher and never seen such a mess of a iconic American restaurant, like this KFC

I have never had the pleasure of ever picking up my customers delivery orders on time. They need a new manager who can do a whole lot better job at preparation of orders and food. I don’t know if this manager realizes that we delivery drivers do not have to choose to pick up at all at this location. If our wheels aren’t rolling we aren’t making money. If our customers drop tips on our services because this store is so poorly run we are not going to choose any pick ups here. This manager is the wrong person to be managing this store. He was extremely rude to the several delivery drivers waiting for their pick ups. He was also very rude to his employees and literally called one new employee out in front of customers. I even had to make two loads to my car of drinks because they didn’t have any cup holders.

I waited in line 30 minutes with only order’s from drive-thru being filled. The manager on duty would occasionally say I’m sorry about your wait. I finally ask if they could rotate waiting on the lobby as well as the drive-thru . The manager got confrontation with me so I left ! Two customers left before me and went through the drive-thru because they were only waiting on the drive- thru customers were starting to say I guess we have to go to the drive- thru since we are not being waited on in here. I would recommend hiring more staff and be more professional about your job and business!
