UPDATE: After spending 20 minutes trying to get in touch with customer service (phone and online) I decided to come back this morning. I'm really bad about getting names but the manager that's worked on 11/25/25, didn't hesitate to remake my order. Keep in mind that I brought back 11 out of the 12 I ordered because they weren't edible. She asked to look at a couple of them and she was shocked so she took a picture of them. I'm changing my star review from 1 to 4. I will come here again. Thank you so much morning crew on 11/25/2025🥰. If all stores ran their business the way these ladies do, life would be great 🤗
I ordered online in the parking lot and then went to the drive-thru so I could let them know that I wanted the onion's that the meat was cooked on to go on my sandwich. The women told me that he hadn't cooked them yet and she would let him know. I get to the window and within 3 minutes, she was bagging them up. As she handed me my order, she told me that he put what he had on the grill on my burgers. She went on and on about how they wouldn't be hot if they didn't grill the onions under the patty. I thought I hit jackpot... Nope, I can't even eat them because of the taste of the dried up onions 🤢 Not only were they old, cold and brown onions stuck to the side of a few of them, she told me a bold face lie. All 12 of them were old including the buns. What a disgrace to the company and a Brand new store.

Ordered no mustard on the sandwiches and they were all full of mustard.🤢 the chili cheese fries were so salty my husband couldn't eat them. The girl who took our order was very nice. But not enough for 33.00 worth of unbeatable food.
