Listen, I'm doing this review for G. I pretty much cannot stand crystal or White Castle. G prefers White Castle but if there is a crystal within sight, he likes those too. Don't be surprised if I bring in my own food but he buys enough for both of us.

The drive-thru experience was not nice I said thank you no response I had to wait to receive my food without being notified just sitting at the window and there was a car ahead of me waiting also I do understand that everybody's under stress and dealing with a lot but if you're going to work on your job you need to be nice and energetic towards the customers we are the ones that make the business in all owners of restaurants want to hear positive reviews not negative reviews like this review I hope in the future they can better themselves good luck 😊

I would avoid this Krystal at all cost! The worst staff I've ever experienced!! My dad was picking up an Uber order from here and the man took 10 minutes to put stickers on the bags. What a joke! We will never visit this Krystal again and I'll be sure to tell everyone in this community to avoid it. Horrendous!

In there at 8am. Place was empty. Got breakfast and discovered that the scrambled eggs were ice cold and the sausage half cooked. No wonder the place was empty. Everybody else knew.

It's a shame to see all the Krystal's going in the dump. The Krystal's were great,but the employees could care less about the restaurant. Definitely didn't see any leadership here just like all the other Krystal's you go to. The dinning room was filthy, bathrooms were gross! Been going to Krystal's since I was a kid and it won't be long before none are open. You would think as a franchise owner you would definitely come in and make sure your restaurants are clean a ran appropriately.

What can I say, it’s Krystal. If you like their sliders it’s a good quick lunch. Very comparable to White Castle. The place could be a little cleaner. But I will continue to visit once a month.

I couldn't get the app to work so I ordered at the window drive-thru I did not get my complete order was very expensive for what I received won't be visiting again anytime soon

SUPER SLOW and doesn’t even acknowledge the next customer until they’ve spent 15 minutes on the first. Ridiculous.
Food was good, but service could use improvement. Saw three employees and seemed like only the manager, Cheanvez, was there working. I went through drive thru which was told I was required to come inside. I went inside and they weren’t able to help me with my online order and when the manager had to go to work drive thru the other employees were just standing around not attempting to help her. As a manger, you’d think she’d try her best to help out, but that wasn’t the case. It was such an infuriating experience because everything was the same price and felt like I was being ignored when I went inside. I feel like it would’ve been a calmer and kinder experience on both sides of the other employees were helping customers as well.

Rudest window service my father and I have ever experienced. Teenage boy at the window was rude and blunt with us and when my father kindly asked his name he refused and then when my father was giving the boy his credit card he immediately said it wouldn’t work as he snatched it out of his hands. I myself have worked in the food industry and this behavior was outrageous. Very disappointing and very upsetting for myself and my father

This isn't fair. They had a sign on their door that they would be open until 7 tonight, Christmas Eve....... it's our tradition to go there after the candlelight service across the street. But the sign was a lie! They closed at 6:09 and very rudely let us sit hopelessly at the driver thru ordering area for probably 10+ minutes before they yelled at us they're closed. No explanation for not honoring their sign and ruining our tradition second year in a row they've pulled this too. DO NOT TRUST THEM ðŸ˜

They refused to take my order stating that they closed, but clearly I could see from the schedule posted on the drive-through window that they closed at a later time. The cashier was very rude to me and my family.
