The food is tasteless. The service was ok. Not what many would called a Restaurant. Has a lot of high reviews 🤔. But, all the images taken the place is almost empty 🤔😐Indeed wouldn't recommend this place. Note: the menu is very limited. Is like a pizza place/burger & taco place. 🙄

Local & Company absolutely nails that rare combination of upscale dining and genuine Southern warmth. The atmosphere is gorgeous. Refined but relaxed. The kind of place that makes you want to linger over one more drink or one more bite of dessert. The Rum & Fig Old Fashioned was a revelation. I started with the Burrata & Tomatoes and had the Truffle & Steak Pizza for lunch. Both were spot on delicious. The service doesn’t miss either. 5 out of 5 for Local and Company.

Fantastic food and service! The pizza is more like flatbread and it was delicious. We tried both the steak pizza and the Mediterranean. Drinks were on point. We had two desserts which were both amazing. Service was excellent.

Edit:10/17/25- so we have always loved their pane and burrata with tomatoes. Menu says heritage tomatoes. Right.. These were half frozen tomatoes from Walmart. Awful. The same bald guy is there..local and company, seriously. How about fresh LOCAL seafood. Chilean Sea Bass. Hahaha. Salmon?

Sitting at the bar watching an old classic movie.. Somebody wanted it changed.. Done.. This isn't a sports bar.. Bald guy says tough shit.. I say we're local and we'll take our business elsewhere.

This was our first time here. We heard so many great things about the restaurant, but the first impression starts when you walk in the door. The hostess was not very welcoming. She didn't even smile or have a positive greeting.
The waitress was the same way. We got drinks, but we waited at least 10 more minutes to order appetizers. In restaurants like this, we usually are met with specials or recommendations. We got none of that. Drinks were not being topped off. I also expected to be asked if we needed anything a little more often, because I should not have to ask for straws twice. It was not busy at all at 7pm Thursday.

Good thing was the food was great. I had the Crusted Grouper and the Rum and Fig Old Fashioned. Both were fantastic.

If we are paying for a nice meal that should include nice service. Although the decor and design of the place was beautiful, I gave atmosphere a 3 out of 4. Atmosphere includes how welcome the staff make you feel. I could have just ordered take out and brought the food home.

The food is consistently amazing here. The Chef always uses seasonal ingredients for their dishes and the result is always an outstanding marriage of flavors. We highly recommend the Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, and the Ahi Tuna. The atmosphere here is a bonus too. I always feel comfortable and the servers are great. You will not be disappointed with your meal at Local and Company. We have been coming here since the place opened and it truly is a LOCAL favorite.

Overall this is a good restaurant. I've eaten here about a dozen times. There was 8 people working in the kitchen and 14 people eating in the restaurant last night at 7:30 pm. The steak was good. Ruth's Chris price but nowhere near Ruth's Chris quality. Pizza and salad were good. The ginger bread bread pudding was the highlight of the night. I can think of a lot of other restaurants that i would want to spend $150 for 2 than this one but this is a good to above average restaurant for the city of Foley.

Food was fabulous. Great flavor and fantastic service as always. One of our favorite places in Foley for date night and also special occasions.

South Baldwin County's #1 elevated dining establishment. If you haven't tried it you are missing out.

Came here to get a nice dinner but I was not expecting to have one of the best filets of my life. It was incredible! They do a great sea bass too but the filet was next level perfection! Absolutely recommend this place for a nice dinner.

Food as always was fabulous. We love this place. Always good. Great cocktails. The bass was phenomenal. The pumpkin cheesecake was so good and the egg nog cream butler.

Very nice spot for a not-your-run-of-the-mill type meal. Interesting menu offerings. Everything we ate was great. Love the atmosphere and the decor. Wasn't busy for a Wednesday night, so we had great service. Would highly recommend.

Made a reservation a few days in advance for Saturday at 11 (although it wasn’t crowded). The restaurant is beautiful and service was friendly and consistent. Everyone enjoyed their food except me… they have a pizza grill and I got the angus truffle pizza and thought it was too cheddar-y tasting and the crust didn’t taste wood fired. However, I stole a couple of bites of my son’s burger and it was delicious … and I am hard to please when it comes to burgers. Can’t wait to order a burger next time!

Came here for the first time with a potential employer and had the local BLT sandwich. Overall the atmosphere is super cute 😍 the staff was very friendly🙂 and the food was delicious. I wish they did the flash fried french fries 🍟 there but, the fries that I got with my meal we're still very good and nice and crispy on the outside. They have a wine cellar and next time I will definitely be back to sample some of their wines as they have an elaborate wine list 🍷
