Check your food before driving away. You can ask for an extra syrup and the Jamaican woman will act like she can't hear you. Then when you ask as she's handing you the food she says. "They put 2 syrups in the box." Knowing she was lying to my face I pulled up and checked. Yep, she lied. So be ready to walk in if dealing with her

It’s really sad when you go Into a restaurant and the people behind the counter are more concerned with their conversation than they are helping the people in line then to watch the manager vaping behind the counter is absolutely ridiculous

10/10 this place is trash, they never get any order correct at the drive thru or online, and if u order online they don't even make it until u get to the store?!!!??? What is the point in ordering online then? So u can order and prepay but rest assured u'll be waiting for them to make ur order INCORRECT for at the very least 10 min. Can't stand this McDonald's, and only reason I even ordered anything here is bc it's my 5 year olds bday lunch request for his party. But here I sit wasting time for an order that will be wrong, instead of being at my son's party. Thanks Foley McDonald's for always serving up a bunch of BS.

One of the worst places to pick up DD
Always late by over 10 minutes and they will just through bags on the counter without saying who there for, even if they onow you’ve been waiting
Made a mobile order in advance and still waited over 15 minutes and not during peek lunch rush.

Today, after waiting over 30 minutes for my food I was informed I was waiting for 2 apple pies, which I would have had to wait an additional 12 minutes. I just asked for what was already done and left. Service was terrible.

Never have items in stock and takes FOREVER!!
I went into my local McDonalds. I had ordered over their app. I got chicken nuggets, French fries, and a smoothy. There was food on the floor, under the tables, and the smoothy tasted so bad I just threw it away before I left. I will never eat there again.

RUDE!! The employees tried to tell me I ordered the wrong thing but I clearly ordered the right thing. They just wanted to argue that they didn’t give me the wrong item. Terrible service!!!

McDonald’s has gone so downhill when it comes to treating the customer as a human being even. I placed a mobile order arrived at the store. The screen said my order was already prepared and now serving. I asked and the person said they were working on it. And then after a 15 minute wait. She was ready to go on break and I said where’s my food.
It’s amazing that somebody can just stand in a McDonald’s and be completely ignored
