OMG!!!! I've been here 20 mins already and still no food. There's only about 6 people here total. There's no soda machine so you have to get them to get your drinks. This is ridiculous...we should have gone to Freddy's across the street.
Ended up waiting 45 mins and got a refund...NO FOOD....Went to Freddy's across the street.

Waited 15 minutes and they never even made my food. Then when I got a refund they shorted me 39 cents and wouldn’t return it to me because they said I donated it. So I ask them why they are stealing my money they just kept saying I donated it and won’t not give me my full refund. So I filed a report about them to corporate to handle it.

This has to be by far the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever had in my life out of all the hundreds of McDonald’s that I have went to. This has the poorest of customer service. The employees act like you don’t have the correct order when they in fact did get my order wrong. I paid way too much money for food that was incorrect. Also, there is on the front door a piece of a broken trim that could easily cut somebody and has not been addressed by employees or anybody.

I made a pick up order and got my food but didn’t have my drink and had four people walk right by me and just ignored me. Some one in a red shirt walk right by me on here phone. Didn’t even acknowledge me.
We had to take food back to get order right. Than as we waited waited the burger was COLD and cheese not melted. Never stop here unless you got time to wast.

Check your food before driving away. You can ask for an extra syrup and the Jamaican woman will act like she can't hear you. Then when you ask as she's handing you the food she says. "They put 2 syrups in the box." Knowing she was lying to my face I pulled up and checked. Yep, she lied. So be ready to walk in if dealing with her
