Unbelievable how much McDonalds has gone down hill!!!! Just ordered six fish sandwiches and waited about 20 minutes for them. They said they were making them fresh. Fish was way over cooked and the bun was extremely dry and then of course there was a half of piece of cheese on it. Are you kidding me that they serve this horrid food.no wonder the place was empty.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. I goto this location so often and have tried to not be a “Karen” but tonight was unacceptable. Waited OVER AN HOUR for an order and when my food was picked up they told them they would not remake it as it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I will be contacting corporate and the owner tomorrow.

The lady in the drive thru was rude. The breakfast sandwiches were not edible. It’s amazing that they pushed that food out the door. The biscuits were like rocks. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again.

Why don’t y’all train people on how to do there job! Pay for a moca frappe add Oreo add caramel and they don’t put Oreo or caramel I paid for it but y’all don’t make it right or even give me what I pay for!!! Just lazy!!! DO BETTER management do you job and train people the right way!

Well, well, well.... if you want to be parked because you chose to go through the drive thru, which seems to be what the problem is with McDonald's anymore, you always get parked. I parked, sat for 30 minutes, went inside to inquire about my order, took another 15 minutes to get anyone to speak to me, they then took my receipt and disappeared again. Another 15 minutes later, they have to re ring my order up. After an hour, I finally get my Mcrib. Picture of said Mcrib to follow. Complained to corporate, and got an email saying everything except an apology. Apparently it's my fault for expecting McDonald's to prepare and give me my food in a reasonable amount of time and with somewhat of a resemblance of quality in the food. Moral of the story, refuse to park. Never leave the drive thru until they give you your food. Maybe they will learn. Never Park!

Unbelievably poor service. On 12/28/24 @8am, I came inside to order, I was the only customer at the counter, and the employee stood off to the side and ignored me for several minutes. She saw that I was there as we made eye contact. I continued to wait and finally said, "Excuse me, is there anyone working the counter?" She rudely stuck her hand up and replied in a hostile tone, "Just hold it!" Well, I did not "just hold it," I walked out. Sale lost and customer lost.
