This place is ripping people off I paid ten bucks for a big Mack this is the second time now mind you, the meat is as thin as the cheese and smaller then the diameter of it the first time my meat was the size of a silver dollar. This time as u can see the bread is almost half uncovered. Fries are only a third the container they come in. Getting fed up with the rip off. Customer service is good the cook has a mouth and should be fired.

1 car in drive thru, we are only customers in lobby. Floor is so greasy that you just slide like you are on ice and every last table is filthy dirty. I managed Burger King for 12 years and I understand peak times but during down time the lobby is one of the first things that should be taken care of as it is customer perception.

Went through the drive thru to get my mobile order no line store was relatively empty went through drive thru service was not terrible a 3-4 minute wait for my food but when I get home and my cheeseburgers and Fries are hours old this is unacceptable why wait for old food when there was nobody in sight?

I am deeply disappointed with my order today. When I arrived at my office and opened my meal, I realized it was incomplete the French fries were missing, and the chicken strips were extremely overcooked. They were dark brown, dry, and had a slightly burnt taste.

I checked the app to report the issue, but it only says to call the store for any concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot return to the store to pick up the missing items, so that part of my order ended up being lost money.

Awful service. Not sure which McDonald’s is worse foley or orange beach. Waited 35 min in the drive thru. Heard from the drive thru attendant once. After canceling our online pickup order, we pulled around to the pickup window to find the girl just glued to her phone. I can’t believe a restaurant would hire such an incompetent staff. I understand when you’re busy, it takes some time. It doesn’t take 35 min to make a hamburger and fries. This review could have been avoided however, the communication or lack there of was absurd. This place is a dumpster fire

Drive-thru was packed, but it moved along and we got our food correctly made and hot. It hit the spot and the fries were fresh and hot, so I'm not mad about my poor choices. 😆
