Pizza was very good. Some stains on utensils/plates but server fixed it quickly. We ordered 2 larges for 4 adults and took a whole pizza in leftovers home for later.

I came in the other day and I was waiting up front with my grandparents and then the host,Matt, who’s name I got from another employee, was very rude to my grandparents, we asked for a booth along the wall where the sun was coming in and instead he said he wouldn’t make let us walk that far and sat us next to the door regardless of our insistence. Respect your elders.

We didn't have our normal server and it definitely made all the difference. Everything just felt a little off. Order wasn't correct and felt rushed. Not a normal visit. Hopefully, are next will be back to par.

Stopped in today for lunch, a terrible idea. After we walked in, we waited at the front door a short while before anyone greeted us. After waiting 5 mins a girl told us to go find a clean table and have a seat, she'd bring us menus after 10 mins of waiting she never showed up with menus or acknowledgment. We finally got up and left. Next time i want pizza i'll definitely go elsewhere

The service was absolutely 5-star—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Drinks were refilled quickly, and the staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, and the pizza, while delicious, could have been a little hotter when it arrived.
Still, the great service and fun atmosphere make this a solid choice for pizza lovers. Would definitely come back!

Parking: Rain or shine, Mellow’s front door is so easy to reach. Shade when it’s hot, too.
Kid-friendliness: You should see Mellow bring in the pizza eaters! Every kid loves pizza. We have sports venues a mile from Mellow. Teams flock in. This is a super family-friendly place.
