Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

I haven't seen a Mellow Mushroom in a long time so while on vacation down here we grabbed a meat and Hawaiian to go. It was ready at the promised time, everyone was really nice as soon as we walked in the door. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Overall it was a great experience and we didn't even eat inside. We visit this area several times a year, we will be having dinner here again.

The pizza dough and ingredients were really good. The pretzels also very delicious. The vegan cheese was the only thing I wish was improved. It’s still great that they have a vegan option though. Most chain pizza places don’t have a good/tasty vegan cheese (if they do at all) and this one was just ok. I’ve only seen small specialty places use vegan cheese that is actually tasty and doesn’t taste fake. Either an in-house made one or the liquid Miyoko’s seem to be much...

Took the wife and 4 teens for lunch. Kids had pepperoni and we had their version of a supreme. Pizza was great. Had lots of leftovers to take to the condo at the beach. Always stop on our way.
