Best Buffalo Blue Cheese Salad I’ve ever had!! Also the onion rings with the comeback sauce will make you dream bout them! 🤤 Yum!!! The happy hour is the best in town, and the service is spectacular. I was in the bar area! I’m a locAL and I absolutely love this place!! Sit in the bar area! It’s a great time and the bartenders really make you feel welcome and take good care of you! They always know your name just like CHEERS!!! 😄

Oh man, where do I start? The burger came with a witness protection plan — the patty was hiding somewhere inside Mount Breadmore. I’ve seen more meat on a salad. The fries? I think they were shipped in via time machine from the Cold War. Rock-hard, cold, and possibly fossilized.

Service though? Fantastic — 10/10 to the staff for keeping a straight face while serving that culinary crime scene. I asked for the football game and instead got Sailing on TV, which honestly matched the vibe — I was adrift, lost, and questioning my life choices.

In short: if you’re looking to lose faith in food and rethink your existence, this is your place. 🍔⚓

Food is amazing. This is the 3rd time I have been here in the last 2 weeks. All 3 times I keep getting the same server Lane. Today I ordered fried mushrooms. After about 20 minutes our regular order came out and I mentioned to the server that they must have forgotten the appetizer. He apologize and said if they were already put in that I would not be charged for them. He comes back and tells me that they were not put in because they are out of mushrooms and did not tell him. After finishing my dinner I spoke to the manager and asked if they were out of mushrooms and of course they were not. The manager asked for me not to say anything because they were shorthanded. I was not asking for anything for free I simply don't appreciate being lied to. All he had to do was say he never put them in. The manager simply apologized and wanted me to handle the bill with her to not create a confrontation. I was not yelling and simply informed them I was going to make sure the server knew that we were aware that he lied to us. The server never apologized he just said okay have a blessed day.
There's one thing to be shorthanded but to blatantly a lie to people because you're incapable of doing your job is unexcusable. The manager never offered any type of compensation or even provide us with what we originally requested. She was more worried about loosing employees. If the food wasn't amazing I would never return. I assure you I will never be sat with Lane again.

Hands down this was the BEST we experience we have ever had at any Mugshots restaurant! We highly recommend coming and enjoying the best burgers around. Crystal treated us like actual people and not like a bother... she is PHENOMENAL! We called Kayla out who is the manager because we wanted to brag about just how good the experience was!!! Drop what you are doing and VISIT THEM!!!

The most burnt burgers I’ve ever had, it was like taking a bite of jerky rolled in charcoal. The breakfast burger was supposed to have an over easy egg But it was a broken hard fried and they forgot the cheese. Both burgers had a very sad helping of fries that tasted like fried fish. The chicken wings were supposed to be garlic parm but they put a tiny cup of sauce on the side and seriously over cooked the wings, again like jerky. The southwest egg rolls would have been great if they were not soggy. The mozzarella wedges were decent aside from also tasting like fried fish. When we picked up at the window it was clear that lady was either mad she was working or hated her job. No greeting, no smile, just asked for the name on the order. We won’t be back and I suggest everyone else save their money and go anywhere else.

I ordered blackened shrimp pasta which is penned pasta tossed in Alfredo sauce topped with Parmesan cheese dice tomatoes and parserly. I was served half bowl of penned pasta 6 shrimp with Alfredo sauce no Parmesan cheese,no dice tomatoes or parsley. I asked to speak to a manager which was Kayla Smims I explained to her what I ordered she explained to me that she forgot to put in the pasta with a bad and rude attitude. I will never be coming back to eat there.

Went to Mugshots today and my daughter and I got the Rajun Cajun pasta and it was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The waitress was ok not real friendly I’ve had their food before and it was good but today was a very big disappointment. So wasted $65 on something we couldn’t eat. The cheese sticks were good though

This is the only bad Mugshots I have been to. This was the worst burger I have ever had. It was about half cooked, and did not taste good.
