Mugshots Grill and Bar - Foley, AL

I made a pickup order! We went to mugshots when they first opened in Foley, it was pretty good! So as I remembered wings were good then, I ordered some, and fried shrimp and my daughter had a one of the burgers! Burger was good, but the wings were just miserable looking and shrimp were so tiny and sad looking also! Now, if it was $5-10 I would understand that, but price range $12-15 that's just not right! We won't be back, as locals it's getting harder to find decent restaurants..

We really liked this place when it first opened but the last 3 times we've gone now the food and especially the service are very hit or miss.. Even when it's not busy at all.

The food was good

They close at 9 pm my husband goes in at 8:15 pm to make a order they told him they couldn’t take any to go orders so my hubby came to get me so we can dine in and we go in and there isn’t anyone there to seat us , everyone I guess was in the back waiting for 9:00 pm to for real close! No I wouldn’t recommend at all

Ordered the combo appetizer, it was wonderful, they did not fry all the cheese out of my cheese wedges, like most places. But food was good, I will try something different next time.

It was ok! I would eat there again! The bone in wings were not overcooked nor over seasoned like you get from most chain restaurants.

Great atmosphere, food was great, server was super quick. Literally took just a few minutes to get our food and out the door

The place was really understaffed and the food wasn't good at all. My food was cold, my cousin didn't even get her food, the salads were flimsy and not worth the price. I felt sorry for our server because he was waiting multiple tables and trying the best he could. I hope he finds a new & better job because although he was frustrated, he stayed very professional.

I wish I had taken photos to add to this review! We were so impressed with the courtesy and pleasantness of the staff, the variety and quality of food, and especially the atmosphere and prices! It was a great dining experience and we look forward to returning in the future!

Food was good, but our server, Alana, Was very RUDE. When she had first came to greet us, she acted like we were bothering her. As we were putting in food orders, she had cut off my dad who was ordering to ask my boyfriend and I if we knew what we wanted… We had called the manager over once, after her rude behavior, after tipping (which with her behavior we really shouldn’t have) We had asked if everything was okay and told her she was a bit rude. As we are walking out, She had mentioned to another customer our incident , and When i turned and looked she was pointing her fingers at us. I had to call the manager ONCE AGAIN, due to her bad behavior. It wasn’t too busy , but steady. We love mugshots , but if we were to visit that location again, we will ask for a different server..

Not over the top amazing, but good food, good service, and fairly reasonably priced. Big menu selection ensures something for everyone. My wife and I visit fairly often!

Good lunch spot. Tenders and burgers were great. Beer battered fries were really good. Staff was nice and friendly. One person's hamburger steak was very dry and hard but everything else was good.

Wow, my food was so bad. I ordered delivery and the southwest egg rolls were not even cut in half, just thrown in the box. They were soggy like they were microwaved and it didn't have the sauce that goes with it. My salad was especially disappointing. Primarily iceberg lettuce with a little bit of spring mix here and there. For $18 dollars that is ridiculous. They won't be in business long if they're putting food like this out.
