Panda express is a great fast food option with well cooked meals and usually decent sized portions.
I love their super greens as a healthy and tasty alternative to the rice or noodles. They regularly have new dishes to try and the tried and true orange chicken! Service is usually speedy and professional and the atmosphere is clean and orderly.

I recently visited Panda Express and ordered fried rice, but unfortunately, I was given white rice instead. When I brought up the mix-up, the staff replaced it without a word—no apology, no acknowledgment. While I appreciated that they corrected the order, it would have been nice to see a little more communication or friendliness in their response. Overall, the food was good, but the customer service could use a bit of improvement to make the experience more welcoming.

My second time going and the service in the drive thru was great! My chicken was great as always but my rice was nasty..Maybe I went at the wrong time which was around 6ish.

Friends always ask me if I am a shareholder in Panda Express because I'm always eating there I tell them that's the best place to eat because it's cost-efficient my favorite meal is the super green on sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken I've also tried Chinese buffet the Chinese restaurants around the area and non compared to this Panda Express The Taste the sauce the food is right in front and you can see the cooks you can see what they're doing, nothing is hiding.

Don't eat here. A severely undercooked piece of teriyaki chicken was cut on front of me. The woman playing the rice noticed it also and told the woman cutting , to cut another, a third woman proceeded to place the undercooked chicken back on the line on top of product ready to be served to public. The woman did not understand what she was doing was against food prep rules.
Our entire order was messed up. Nobody in our group got what they asked for, service was rushed and sloppy. Girl at the window was rude and didn’t properly check to make sure our order was correct.

We came in at 8:40. That's approximately 50 minutes before closing and we were told we couldn't dine in, to go food only. The food is great but service is terrible. Does the restaurant close at 8:30 or 9:30?
