I wouldn’t know how the food is , because at 7:35 when I pulled into the parking spot infront of the store , it looked closed . (Although the sign says it’s open until 8 pm . ) I happen to see someone walking around inside & so I went to the door & went in where I was informed they were closed & the time on the door sign & website clearly says 8 pm . Young lady inside was very rude , guess she had a party to be at on a Saturday night

Friendly, fast, and very clean store. Tuesday $11 large! Great for dinner after a pool or beach day!Parking: The lot here is much easier to park than the strip mall lots on either side. It's not so tight and has a middle parking row. Easy in and out.

We love Papa Murphy's and we just ordered a Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza online. When my husband got there to pick it up it did not have any chicken on it. He got that fixed and brought the pizza home. When I unwrapped it I saw there was no oil or herbs on the crust, no feta and very little mozzarella.I called and spoke with the general manager who would not give me his name. He told me there had to be a sauce on it-he didn't understand it was supposed to be oil not sauce. He refused to do anything to remedy the situation-told me I could bring the pizza back anytime this week and he would look at it. When I told him it was for dinner TONIGHT he said he couldn't help me. I asked again for his name and he told me he could not give it out because "Thousands of times people have stalked me on Facebook". Terrible pizza- if they had just followed the recipe, it would have been fine. The worst customer service EVER!!!

Was in the car while my mom attempted to get help with an order over speaker phone. I’m in my 30’s and my mom, although pretty tech savvy, couldn’t figure out how to get what she wanted ordering online as part of an online promotion. The website or app wasn’t allowing her to specify toppings. So she calls the store to see if they can help her with the order over the phone.Not only did the young man who answered tell her that No, he could not do this - she *had* to order online for this deal- he proceeded to insult my sweet mom with profanities after he thought we had hung up. We both heard everything on speaker and my mom was so embarrassed we ended up going to a grocery store instead to get a frozen pizza. I am absolutely appalled at this.Having seen the world transform in the last 20 years from little technology to a world where we rely on it, I remember when employees acted as if they cared, and companies treated their customers with kindness and respect. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants and food service enough to believe that Papa Murphy‘a could have taken 45 seconds to figure a work around and treat my mom like a human being.Very disappointed in your standards and ethics and I hope others reading this take our experience into consideration our experience before supporting your store.
