Pull up to the drive thru it stinks really bad and then everytime I go to Pizza Hut I pull up and place my order at the window and I was told I couldn’t I had to come inside to place a order it’s 11pm that’s ridiculous and no one was there or behind me. What’s the point in having a drive thru and can’t even place a order there and they should really practice customer service the man didn’t even speak or say anything

These people were forcing me to sign for picking up a DoorDash order without telling me if it was ready, what a bunch of idiots that work here. Just because someone else steals orders from here doesn’t mean that I am going to steal, I asked a simple question if the order was ready, and the dude said he didn’t know but you have to sign. I’m not going to waste my time for an order that would take forever and sign that i picked it up already. C’mon, use some common sense!!!

This Pizza Hut is so unorganize, I will never go back here again. I went to pick up a pizza for DoorDash. I was waiting 25 minutes and I had signed in and then they said to me they hadn’t even started the pizza. It would be another 25 minutes so I would have had to wait an entire hour to get a pizza . So I drove to Pizza Hut and waited there for nothing so I had to cancel this order and I never left with a pizza a waste of time they make people wait a very long time . This is very difficult for the delivery person because if you have to wait almost 1 hour for a pizza and then go deliver the pizza. The customer has been waiting a long time for this pizza. If the pizza would’ve been for me, that would be okay , But this pizza was for a customer that placed a DoorDash order one hour in advance, and still waiting for their pizza . Everyone that was at Pizza Hut waiting along with me were door dashers and they all were waiting a long time and were also disappointed ☹️.

Waitress was nice, food came out hot and didnt take long. Food all over all floors, only 1 stall avail in ladies restroom, trash bin in rr full, it was very cold in the restaurant (69 in early March). Salad bar out of a couple of things and food came to our table that we didnt order, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was great! I hope they can stay in business. We do like their pizza!

As a door dasher this Pizza Hut is terrible always late with orders and the guy with the stringy greasy hair will ask you who your waiting for and then forget you your order will just sit there untill you ask someone else TERRIBLE SERVICE TOWARDS DOOR

I ordered my pizza at 5:50 on the app. i received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. It is now 7:16, and I am still in the lobby. Why mark an order complete and have people drive here to pick up. There jas been 10 other people waiting just like me.
