Ordered takeout from this Pizza Hut in Foley and had a solid experience. We called in a personal pan cheese pizza and breadsticks for my daughter. We were quoted a 30-minute wait, arrived right around then, and the food was ready, hot, and fresh. Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed it.
The order taker mentioned their system was running slow, so that may be something worth addressing to keep things moving during busy times. I also asked about Pizza Hut’s rewards program and the associate wasn’t sure (they were busy), but I’d be interested in knowing if this location participates.
Overall, good food, accurate timing, and an easy pickup. We’ll definitely order from this Foley Pizza Hut again.

Ordered and paid for my pizza via the app. The lobby was closed for remodels there were 15 cars in their drive-thru line I walked up to the door and asked if they could hand me my pizza the short fat bald guy told me no get in line with everybody else. I reminded him that my pizza was already made and paid for I just needed to pick it up. He told me no get in line with everybody else and slam the door in my face.

I do door dash and I wait over a hour or so to get a pizza the staff is rude they have no manners there nasty and look like they haven’t had a bath they have no get up I have to ask over and over about my order they always say 15 pizza ahead I don’t know why I even bother coming to this location they all need to be dam fired the owner should look into how sorry they treat the customers after tonight I want ever accept a order at this McKenzie location in foley this is a rap for me

Waited 2 hours to receive the food. Got reassigned 4 times to a doordasher. The line was apparently wrapped around and although I do understand they’re doing renovations inside, they weren’t even bringing pizzas out. By the time we finally got it, it was cold and awful. Sat on the phone for close to an hour on and off to try and get a refund, and kept being put on hold and then when I would eventually hang up and try to call again, they answered with no problem. Then put on hold again. I NEVER complain and this is my first review, but I would highly recommend to just order elsewhere.

Ice machine has black mold in it. Employees don't follow proper sanitation procedures or follow cross contamination policy. Has not had a deep clean in years. Don't let the remodel fool you. There is black mold inside all of the walls in the kitchen. Not to mention a cockroach problem.

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any pizza hut ever. It took 25 minutes to order a pizza over the phone due to the incompetence of the workers. After finally placing an order for 2 pizzas was told 30 minute wait and sat in the drive thru for another 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Save for time and money and go somewhere else. It is not worth the headache for something that is supposed to be convenient.

Literally got off the phone with Willy. I told told him the pizza smell like burn popcorn and taste wasn’t great. Silence……………Buddy said, “well what do you want me to do?” Is the pizza burnt? Asking in a condescending way. It was the tone and the lack of proactivity that got me.
Look I can’t make this up.
The other gentleman that’s an employee understood assignment more. He offered me a credit or for it to be remade immediately. Before he passed the phone to Willy . I told him that I’d like for it to be remade but I just got off not too long ago. I don’t feel like driving back up there. I work in the service industry as well. I work hard for my money just like all of us. Just for context I didn’t call back with an attitude at all. I was met with a lack of concern.
Take a look at all the reviews I’ve done. I give some great shoutouts to restaurants and businesses when they provide great service. I hope y’all can figure this out because this ain’t it. I told them to keep the credit and don’t remake it because it was going to come with a delivery fee. Also, the experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth. It takes a lot for me to get annoyed with workers in the service industry.
Also just had their pizza September 26th 9:58pm and August 22nd 3:05pm. I swear both times were amazing.

We had a delivery from Uber eats. It arrived on time but the pizza was undercooked. The center was raw. It was supposed to be a pan pizza but was a hand tossed. Only a few toppings. This used to be a favorite place. No more tho
