I've never had a bad experience until today. I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years. I was attempting to pick up my food from drive thru and no one came to assist me. I sat in the drive thru looking at the workers stand around and talk. No one came to say, "I'll be right with you" or anything. I finally went inside and it still took an extra 10 minutes to get assistance. Someone walked in behind me and they was going to help them first after I have been waiting before them. I know I'm not invisible. It wasn't busy in drive thru nor inside which is the sad part. At least when I finally got the food it was good. The service just sucked today.

I’ve ordered from PizzaHut for years using the mobile app. The past few times I’ve ordered the pizza was dry and almost cold. The past three times I’ve ordered they’ve forgotten an item such as my drink, cheese bread, etc. I didn’t receive my missing food or get my money back. I closed my account with PizzaHut.

The men loved the 2 selections of thin crispy crust pizza today. Thank you. But I think they are way too expensive! I heard someone paying $60 for pizza. I paid $40. Way too much for pizza. I think it should have cost about 23.00 for 2 medium pizza. Say $10 to $15 for a 3 item topping medium pizza.

My son wanted pizza from his favorite pizza place for dinner on his 16th b-day. So I ordered it online, it was ready in less than 20 min n better than I remember it being. So kudos to pizza hut for making my son full and happy on his 16th. ?
Just left after being completely ignored standing at the hostess stand for several minutes while about 5 employees milled around. One busy staring at his cell phone. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Wound up at Mellow Mushroom where we were greeted immediately upon entering and taken well care of. So, I guess it worked out for the best and by being ignored at Pizza Hut we dodged a bullett. Hey, Pizza Hut, thanks for driving us away to a much better experience. Oh, and it was freezing cold in Pizza Hut, so there’s that.
We have ordered from other restaurants but Pizza Hut is still my favorite; they have a big selection especially on game days when you just don't feel like spending hours over the stove or grill and the prices are decent. If you looking for something that's good like wings or breadstick to go along with you order you can't miss out here.
