My absolute favorite place to buy my Caribbean way smoothie with frozen yogurt and protein added. They make it so much better than anywhere else I'm not sure why but it's magic and I'll always be coming back!

Normally, I wouldn't share a negative review, but I went there today after placing an online order. There was bad weather, and the sign on the door said they were closing at 1:00. That was fine because I showed at 12:15 to pick up my order, but I found the door to be locked already. Then I thought that maybe they just wanted people to go to the drive-through. I went around to the speaker, and no one ever responded. I know someone saw me drive up there because there was a guy outside who worked there, but he must have gotten in his car and left because I went to the front door and knocked. Of course, no one came to the door. After that, I looked at my app, and it said that I had picked up my order. I obviously had not. If I hadn't already paid for the order on the app, I wouldn't be upset, but I did. I want a refund!
