Normally, I wouldn't share a negative review, but I went there today after placing an online order. There was bad weather, and the sign on the door said they were closing at 1:00. That was fine because I showed at 12:15 to pick up my order, but I found the door to be locked already. Then I thought that maybe they just wanted people to go to the drive-through. I went around to the speaker, and no one ever responded. I know someone saw me drive up there because there was a guy outside who worked there, but he must have gotten in his car and left because I went to the front door and knocked. Of course, no one came to the door. After that, I looked at my app, and it said that I had picked up my order. I obviously had not. If I hadn't already paid for the order on the app, I wouldn't be upset, but I did. I want a refund!

I bought three different acai bowls. All of them were way to sweet and it was almost already melted when I got it. They were even overpriced compared to the ones at soul bowls definitely recommend soul bowls for an acai bowl.
