Milk shakes were all very runny and it seemed as though they made all the shakes in the same mixer ...ordered one caramel, and two Oreo cheesecake shakes , pretty sure they all had Carmel in them ..and tasted a lil sour.

I stopped in tonight and had dinner and got food before my family put my money on my card and the gm by the name of Jerry without even saying anything or being asked came out with my debit card and told me not to worry about it he took care of it. Now I'm not broke or homeless but I was just a little quick to order before the money was sent but he will not take nothing back for it and I have to say that was a very touching moment so Sonic you got yourselves and number one person right there Good job Jerry thank you

I had orderd and went to pay when my card declined I didn't know what to do I had plenty of money on my card but it wouldn't take it I looked through my cash and I didn't have enough and the cashier paid for me, later I found out my card had been deactivated because of a scam purchase, thank you so much to that cashier that was so sweet and I'm so greatful I was on my lunch break at work and I can't thank her enough! This was January 25th at 3:30ish the girl looked younger with a bunch of freckles,whoever that was working drive through at that time thank you!!!

Ordered a combo with tots. My tots were soaked in grease, like they actually poured grease in with my tots. Absolutely soaked my bag and left a puddle on my leather seats. Not happy at all!!!

Update: As of Dec 3, 2024, I received feedback from Sonic on this very post and was given another number to call and a link....GUESS WHAT!! The number doesn't call to anywhere and the link doesn't work, Go Figure!! I'm done with Sonic, fr this time😡
I went to the Foley AL location in August of 2024 and ordered a small blue raspberry slushie with nerds and decided to try the new (at that time) rainbow slushie. My order was $5 and some change. I paid with a debit card. The guy came outside to take my card and was also dealing with another car ahead of me. I went on about my day. I noticed the next day that the order from Sonic had gone through but I was charged $21 and some change instead. I called the Foley store and the manager said that she couldn't do much but to contact corporate. I contacted the email she gave me and each time their response was "thank you for your feedback". I have asked repeatedly for a resolve, which is, I want my money back. The only correspondence is when I initiate the conversation and each time I tell them AGAIN and AGAIN the issue I'm having and they ask questions that were answered in the original complaint. Every. Single. Time. It is now the end of November and I still have no resolve. The company makes mention in their emails that they value their customers, customer this, customer that, but I see nothing to back up their claims. My last email to them a month ago letting them know how disappointed I am in them was ignored. Psst... Sonic... I still want my money back!!!
They never get my order righter and barely put anything inside of the sonic blasts. I been trying to give this place a try but they never get it right.

11/12/25 Foley, Alabama, 11:45am. After waiting behind a parked car in the drive-through for five minutes, we decided to just go ahead and park to order. (Other cars that were behind us in line just left, but we were hungry.) After a minute or so, someone came over the speaker to ask us to kindly go through the drive-through. So we pulled back around, and the same white car was sitting there! We left. My daughter reminded me that two of the three times that we've tried to go to that Sonic over the last two years have been trouble. We won't go back to that location.

I don’t know why I continue to give them a chance when I order from this store on DoorDash. They NEVER include any sauces that you order. And they NEVER get your order right. And tonight I got a lovely dirty lid for my drink. There is no chocolate in the shake that I ordered so I’d really like to know what’s on the lid.
