Workers smoking/camping while bringing good and drinks out, the service is unbelivably slow, the whole staff needs to be replaced, it is an utter joke

I believe these employees are putting in a good effort, seems they may be short staffed im not sure about that....but the restaurant itself is really run down and needs maintenance. When you pull in, one would think its closed down...but it definitely needs some pride taken in its appearance....just pull in and you'll see what I mean. But my food was ok, but not up to the standards of sonics that I've ate at in the past....

Never stop at Sonic in Foley Pulled in to make our order no one answered put around to the drive-thru didn't get the food we even ordered had to pull back around stop now we're still sitting waiting on our food that they did not put in the bag they don't give you a receipt or anything. Crappy service a lot of people inside but I guess no one's doing their job because it's slow as crap

Delayed review as I visited in early June. Smelled like cleaner and bad food at the drive thru. I looked past that because we only got drinks. Took 35 mins for JUST drinks. No one in front of us. Wasn’t busy. Got violently ill and ruined my last day of my trip after. The only thing I’d had that the rest of my group didn’t was my strawberry limeade from sonic. They really should consider closing this location down.

Came from out of state with my mom on vacation. We stopped at this Sonic and ordered two drinks. After waiting for about 15mins for the worker to answer the red button, someone came on and said one moment… I waited another 5 mins then pressed the button again. Once my order was taken with great difficulty, my mother and I waited for 45 MINUTES for our order!!!! I called corporate and made a formal complaint and was offered a free small shake. I turned down the shake and said please just do something about this because apparently, I’m not the only one this has happened to. I know it’s just two drinks and it shouldn’t bother me this much but a storm was coming in and I didn’t want to get caught driving in the middle of it. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Stop at a different location if you’re in the need of sonic. The slowest and worst sonic ever. I’ve been here several different times and the long waiting time has not changed. I’ve had mobile orders the majority of the time and I get the order around 20 minutes AFTER the time it’s ready to be picked up. I’ve never had this problem at any other location. Not to mention every time I press the button no one answers. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what. Then tonight I went it was slow again of course and the workers were not professional at all. I went through the drive through and at the window they were playing loud music with profanity. Not at all something I would be playing at work much less as loud as it was WITH THE WINDOW OPEN it was ridiculous. Overall trashy and slow location and I will not be coming here anymore.

this place absolutely sucks. it smells absolutely horrible and the service is -1/10. we mobile ordered and when we got here they told us they were out of what we ordered. that was not a problem, and we chose something else. we then proceeded to wait 30 plus minutes for our food. we clicked the red button multiple times and were ignored, and every car that came in after us got their food before us. the workers saw us sitting there for that long and did nothing about it. we had to ask them ourselves and they finally went in and got our food which had been sitting off to the side for god knows how long. the food was cold and the drink was melted. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I'm at Sonic, it's 8:38 pm on a Wednesday night... I've tried the drive through, and 2 parking spots and they still haven't come across this microphone to take my order..... The staff this evening looks like they would be better at frying chicken than burgers and fries. And management needs to keep that into consideration

Those kids running Sonic today are awesome! The slushies were fantastic. The customer service was off the chain! My granddaughters were very happy!

Cassie, the manager in the Foley sonic is amazing so sorry to hear that she’s leaving. She always makes the experience fun and the order is correct upper management I would rethink letting her go. She is the heartbeat of that sonic!

Waited 40mins for a mobile order and spoke to the manager who said they gave the food to somebody else and had to call the 1-888 number to get my money back
