Horrible. Waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes. No answer. Pulled to a stall and saw this. 3 workers- the only workers. Sitting and not doing anything. They had me in the drive thru, and 4 others in stalls. Just sitting.. eating.. VAPING. completely unprofessional. Horrible service. Fire them!!

Went through the drive thru to order food and a milk shake. Waited 14 minutes at the speaker box only to be told they didn’t have the food I wanted, and they “had no ice cream.” I doubted this… I ended up leaving the drive thru line and door dashing it instead. Miraculously, they had the food and the Milkshake I wanted. Food I got via DoorDash was delicious but being lied to in the drive thru put a bad taste in my mouth.

Horrible! Waited 20 min for order and food was cold or missing. After pressing button to report cold food, they refused to answer and I left after 10 min and button still ringing. Called corporate 3 times in over a week and all they offered was a n add on item but would not refund for cold and missing food! Will never go to this location again and possibly any other locations. Zero care for any customer service!
I read your cut and paste response! I have called with no corporate supervisor response! Please just shut down and let some other company use that spot and provide customer service!

Went today and pushed the red button. After 5 minutes no one had answered and an older male employee was out front cursing and hollering. Left and went to Wendys. Food wasn't very good last time, this assured me it wouldn't be any better this time.

I was the only person in a stall and they gave me absolutely nothing of mine. Receipt is correct that was attached to the bag. But not the food.
Gotta say- out of all the Sonic’s I’ve been to in the US (more than I’d like to admit, this location is by far the worst. Service is great- but for some reason food takes forever every time (been 4x last month), and not sure if they do cherry limeades differently here but they always taste off vs other Sonic’s. Not sure what’s going on here but food quality needs a major bump & speed of prep.

Extremely slow service on a slow night. We waited 10 minutes to give our order, no drinks available due to a leak. Watched them give out milkshakes to boys who ordered after us.

I went there for lunch nobody was in the line I order a Cheeseburger Combo I was thinking that my food would fresh and hot. It was the total opposite super cold the meat was horrible tater tots were cold they should be shut down there Management is terrible no fast food should sell cold food I’am very upset.
