Me and my family have been come here for years. I usually don't post bad or good but this time I have to. We visited the Foley location on 4/14 at 11:10ish we ordered 3 burgers that we're all cold one of which came out with tomatoes on it when we specifically asked for no tomatoes. We also ordered two things of fries which were fine a thing of tater tots which were nasty. And three slushies. It took over 30 minutes after we ordered to receive our mail and took 5 minutes to wait before they even took our order. We had a meeting afterwards so we had to leave quickly I tried to call and speak with a manager sat on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up. And it seems like everybody had an attitude like I said normally I don't post because I know things can get hectic at fast food restaurants but this time it was just unacceptable . We will not the returning to this Sonic for a long time.

Still one of my favorite places to go all these years later, great food, amazing service!! Their speakers at out location are a abit worn down witch makes it hard to hear them, but that's not the workers problem, they can't fix that! Come with a good additive and some polite-ness and you'll be fine!

Young lady was so rude and I really couldn't address it at thetime I had my elderly parents with me it seems she was irritated that we even came to buy food I go to sonic on a daily bases and this treatment was very unacceptable

Went and got sonic the other night and I owed 29.32. I gave three 5 dollars bills four 1 dollars bills and a 20 dollar bill…. Adding up to 39… which means i shouldve gotten back 9 dollars and some change. Lady with big red curly hair proceeded to give me my food and no change. When I asked for my change she claimed i still owed 32 cents, which I in fact did not. She then went on mumbling under her breath and gave me back the 9 dollars and said, and i quote “are you dumb stupid hispanic you dont know how to count”. Its so disheartening to see what this world has come to. Hope she has a better day.

So, the help was nice enough but the food was cold and tasted old,like cooked previously in the day. I will opt out of sonic in the future.
As much as we pay for food now days, is it too much to ask that we get fresh food and get it the way we order it? Asked for mustard, no mayo no ketchup. Got the mustard, but apparently they couldn't remember to not add ketchup. The burger seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I remember when sonic didn't cook it until you ordered it.
