I wouldn't give these folks a star if they paid me! Very rude and look down their noses at you like they're soooo much better than you. Can't make a correct drink order to save their lives!

Just visited today on the way home from the outlets. I did a mobile app order and it didn’t go through. I went to the register and ordered. I then used my mobile app gift card to pay. The cashier said it didn’t work. I did get an error message on the app. But I noticed the total went done $1.12. I asked her if she was sure it didn’t work. I then had to go get my debit card to pay. About 20 min down Th r road I got a message that my payment went through from the mobile gift card. I called and talked to the cashier and they said there was nothing they could do. :(. Phone service is shady there because of heavy population. I guess the extra $8.88 would be missed more by Starbucks than my daughter who got the gift card for senior year.
