As a previous Starbucks partner, I’m always excited to visit other locations while traveling and partake in their cafe experience! Came to this location this morning with my mom and unfortunately the customer connection/hospitality was 0/10. There were 3 people working, all standing at the register with arms crossed. No one greeted us when we came in. No greeting or any kind of smile at the register - only “what can I get for you.” Upon receiving drink and then food I said...
This morning while stopping in from out of town, Trey & Belle were so sweet & helpful! They chatted with me about the different seasonal cups & went into detail about the ones for hot drinks. I said all the cute cups were for cold ones & Trey helped me find a colorful one!
They also helped my friend find a yummy, decaf drink for her! She hasn’t stopped saying how much she loves it!

Very clean and get my drink just the way I like, every time I’m in the area. Order ahead, pull up, get my order and leave. Just the way I like my Starbucks! Plus I get a sweet message on my cup from the friendly Baristas. See you next time!
