Went in at 12:04 lunch time. We waited 25 minutes in line only have a 1 hour lunch break blonde headed lady that was working was very rude the cashier messed up on ringing our food up the blonde had to come fix it to begin with it was 43.25 she had to stop helping others to come fix and she announced to everyone in line that she had to come fix my total that they messed up to begin with. 3 sandwiches for $43 ridiculous!!! Will not be back.!!

The "new" folks are wonderful. They are friendly, courteous, and always remember my order!.They are the best
I get roast beef protein bowl at least 3 times a month. Went in last night and they were going to give me half the amount of meat that they are suppose to. I told the lady it’s suppose to get the same amount as a footlong. She got her boss and she said no it got half. I told her I’ve bought this before and they always give me footling amount. She said they were wrong and I was wrong. I get this all the time. So I said I didn’t want it that way. She was so sure she was right and I was tired and angry and did not get my protein bowl.Can this location let all employees and managers know how much meat a protein bowl gets please

The manager was in a rush and was not preparing the sandwiches neatly. Did not take the time to cut my sandwich in half.

We went to Subway at 2116 South McKenzie Street in Foley Alabama to get two subs. Previously we had went online in the internet and it said it gave discounts 10% to senior citizens. When we asked for the discount and check out, we were told they did not give senior discounts and you could not get the internet discount either, and they had a full page list of other discounts that you couldn't get. The attitude and atmosphere was cool but polite.Prior to going to the store, we had spent many minutes trying to go through online ordering online via the Internet, multiple times, and we could not get it to check me out. I think this online app is terrible and needs to be redone and I don't trust it.

The staff looks sloppy with messy hair and no head hook, looks uninspired and completely out of shape, you have to repeat it several times before he hears, when you pay, he will add somthing to you without your consent. I think you guys need to retrain these staff.

The service is poor, and the things I want to add have been repeated several times during the ordering process. If I hadn't seen the receipt, I wouldn't have known that he received the money for the chips. I don't want chips at all. It takes time to get the money back…….I don't have time to wait, I just want to say that I will never come to this store again.
