Texas Roadhouse offers excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their menu items, such as half a rack of ribs with sweet potatoes and garden salad, are delivered hot and as ordered. Customers enjoy the strawberry lemonade, a customer favorite. The restaurant is highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
Servers are always friendly, and the food is consistently good. However, there have been a few minor issues, such as one instance of raw chicken being served, which was promptly addressed by the manager. Additionally, some customers have reported being overlooked by the host when entering the restaurant.
The restaurant has received praise for its wonderful service, particularly from the waitress with double bun braids and a waitress named Michelle. Customers have also enjoyed the delicious cactus blossom and entrees. One customer had a fantastic experience with their waiter, Joshua, who provided excellent service, made suggestions, and even entertained the guests.
