Had a very good steak and loaded baked potato. Everyone at the table had a very good meal and left with some hot rolls and butter. Our server made the meal exceptionally good. Blake with an I made sure to recommend all the extras for each meal we ordered. Had I not ordered the Mac n cheese loaded it may not have had any taste and always going to want my baked potato loaded with all the goodies. So much food we left with lots of leftovers.

Ordered the most expensive steak on the menu. Asked for Med rare, came out as Well done. 25 mins later the medicine rare steak came out with I've cold sides. No manager intervened. No apologies. Over $100 on a rare date night with the wife and she ate alone. This is shockingly embarrassing. Will not return.

We have gone to Texas Road House since it had opened. The last 2 times are steak was cooked incorrectly we had one cooked medium and one cooked medium rare The medium was a porter house steak mine a road kill They stated they have a new cook and then stated that is how they should be. I told them customers should get what they order I took pics for you all to decide. I will not be returning due to that. The answer I got from them was as sad as the steaks they serve us That is what we got for ordering it to go.

I had the privilege of being Paige's customer at the bar. She was fabulous! She managed the bar area like the absolute professional she is! The food was good. Steak was cooked perfectly. Overall great experience. I'll go back- just to be Paige's customer again!

The food was good, and service was nice but this place is infested with wood moths. It was disgusting my family insisted to stay because they were hungry. The manager explained they had the bug guy today so hopefully its cleared up soon. Make sure to check with the hostess before you decide to eat there.

Everything was great with one exception. Upon leaving the restaurant. an employee leaving his car to return to the restaurant had his blue gloves on and a water bottle and spit. We hope he changed his gloves before cleaning anything in the nice restaurant you have. Not a good way to end a good dinner.
