Excellent food. Great service. This place is kinda off the highway. It was quiet and very needed after a long drive. Fish was warm and flaky excellent flavor and cooked perfectly. Burger was awesome. The sauce was a little warm but excellent flavor.

SUPPORT LOCAL! Just had a lovely experience at this delightful restaurant! My husband and I went for a late lunch/early dinner and it was perfect. His cod sandwich was HUGE and delicious! I had The Galley sandwich (salami, turkey, cheese, ranch on Texas Toast). It, too, was generous and tasty. Fries were crispy. The fried jalapeños addicting. Pricing was very reasonable. With options to eat inside or out, you can’t go wrong. The view of the Bon Secour River was relaxing and you can even feed the turtles and fish if you want! There’s a bar, brunches, scheduled live music, sports specials, all you need to enjoy your time at The Galley. Met one of the owners and she is a gem! Crawl out of your boring rut and get off your butt … support your neighbor at The Galley on the River!!

When you walk in you are hit with a strong musty smell. The food was lukewarm warm and very small portions. The service was slow and the amount charged was higher than the menu price!

Chef Matt is the best and takes great pride in his cooking. The service was great too! I can’t wait to go back!!
