If you haven’t been to The Galley on the River, you are seriously missing out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From the moment you pull up, the scenery alone is worth the trip. The river views are absolutely epic — turtles popping up in the water, ducks gliding by, and wildlife all around. It truly captures that authentic Southern Alabama river feel. Relaxed, peaceful, and just downright beautiful.

We have lived in the area a long time and decided to try the Galley out since we heard to many great reviews. We got there for a late lunch since we thought it would be slow after the lunch rush. We liked the initial greeting but it start to get a little busy and took a while for them to take our order. We notice the customer was waiting for his food that was in the good windows but I guess there was a loss of communication between the staff. So the food sat there 10 minutes...
“10 outta 10 every visit, and we visit a lot! The atmosphere is amazing with great vibes from both the staff and the crowd. The food is always on point! Sit out back overlooking the river with turtles and ducks that are just as happy to see you. The owners are awesome people, so it makes total sense their place is just as great!”👊😎🌴
