It was a order grab yourself style. The woman checking us out was rude. A $3 tip was not enough commented snarky like in Asian tone. So I was scared on how we were going to be treated. She went in the back to help with the food. Well she intentionally ignored us didn’t help guide us on where silverware was . They don’t serve you. The Sushi guy seemed nice. He deserved the tip. The food was good. We got two sushi rolls, volcano roll and Hurricane roll, Crab ragoon, spring rolls, shrimp and also a chicken habachi, was around $76. We would’ve tipped more if wasn’t so pushy and that waited on us or at least gave us silverware. This lady is going to hurt the business. Drink price I was charged for the Japanese drinks was $4 before tax each.

Great food and the service was good too. The lady that took our order was completely nice. Not sure why the bad reviews about her. She’s just direct but very kind.

Possibly THE worst sushi place ever. Its a disgrace to OWA. Came here today july 12. The lady at the counter was super rude. Food comes straight out of microwave. The french fries on my kids werent done at all. Over priced. Paid 55 dollars for two adult plates and a kids chicken finger. They only sell bottle drinks. Possibly THE worst sushi place ever. Its a disgrace to OWA.

Service was not good. We were the only customers and yet the lady behind the counter could not go the extra 10 steps to bring us our food. She had a bad attitude, and we will not go back. Portions definitely overpriced as well.

very bad service and the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. told her i can’t have gluten so no soy sauce or things with flour, and asked her if the tuna poke bowl had soy sauce (or any sauce containing soy sauce) or anything with flour on. she said no and she would remove it so i thought it would be fine. when i received the food it was covered in teriyaki sauce and had a wonton chip on top, and it also had crab which is not listed on the menu and i am allergic to. additionally, when i paid for the food, i mistakenly pressed 1 cent for the tip rather than 1 dollar. i was going to make up for it by tipping in cash, but the woman complained to me before i had a chance to even fix the mistake. overall very bad experience and will never come back here, and if you have a gluten intolerance i would advise you to not go here.

The food was overpriced and low quality. It smelled like smoke in the restaurant. We payed $55 dollars for 2 very bad rolls of sushi and 15 edamame. Don’t come here unless you have money to throw around.

Not even sure how this place is still open…. The customer service was horrible. The kids wanted sushi and we stopped after leaving the amusement park, my gut said to say no thank you and leave but we stuck it out. Food was served on solo red plastic plates. The foods was ok…. I wish I would have taken pictures. For 2 adults and 2 children, we paid $80 for what looked like a lunch portion of food in a public school cafeteria. But again, customer service was horrible. I would not return nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Put my things down told her I was waiting for everyone to come. I proceeded to go to the restroom, she told me it wasn't working. I asked if it was working, she said something was stopped up. I don't believe that they're 2 restrooms in this restaurant. In the door it says restroom only for paying customers. Will have to get something ends to eat for dinner. When the food came out it was small like a kids meal. Not enough for an adult. Was on plastic plates. The presentation was awful. I got shrimp fried rice. There were 5 shrimp in the middle of the rice. Plus they're no servers we had to go get our own food. We've been to this area twice and both times the place was empty. If you're thinking of coming here just say ??.
