I’ve been there about 5 times. Every single time they have gotten something wrong. Today i was feeling awful but really wanted wendy’s, specifically their fries. And it had been awhile since i went there so i ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with an extra 4 piece nugget. It took awhile to get it done and once it was picked up, it only took 5 minutes to be brought to my house. My bad was sealed. My nuggets were cold. My burger tasted like it had been in the fridge for a day. It was awful because it was so cold. And the worst of it was, MY FRIES WERE NOT EVEN IN THE BAG. They sealed the bad without my fries. Overall horrible horrible service. Wasted my time and money. And now i feel even worse because my food was terrible and I didn’t even get the thing i wanted. I got a refund for the fries. I wish i got a refund for everything or never would have ordered there in the first place. Would not recommend.

Waited 7 min before anyone acknowledged us much less took our order. The dining room was empty at 5:00 p.m. but filthy almost slipped coming in the door on a greasy floor all the tables were dirty we had to take our own water and napkins to clean a table to eat at. Then try to go to the bathroom and could not because the toilets and floors and trash can was open with trash bag on the floor or so filthy you couldn't even sit down in there. There were plenty of people there that should have been cleaning that dining room and bathroom and took our order in a timely manner we will never go back.
