Food is great! Customer order took 7 to 10 Minutes. No problem there the only issue is, They don’t like to talk to you So customer service is bad. If they can be more energetic and interact with customers, this place can be a lot busier. Good luck guys!

I haven't even gotten to try the pretzels when I walked in. I said hello and the guy that was standing behind the counters. Just stared at me, didn't say hello, made me feel very uncomfortable. Just staring at me, didn't say? How can I help you? And this lasted for about a good 5 solid minutes. Of just pure awkwardness where I didn't know. If I should tell him what I wanted or how it works. I can tell you this won't last long here , friendly advice get some of that southern charm in ur store. I would even settle for just being treated like human being.

6:23 and doors locked when they are supposed to be open until 7. They still had pretzels in the case too….employee looks at me stone faced. Not an I’m sorry, not a sign on the door, nothing. Way to treat customers, especially locals.

Passed this place while shopping in tanger. I was immediately entranced by the amazing scent of the cinnamon. Went in and me and my family got some cinnamon pretzels, some pizza pretzels, and some icees. All of our food was delicious and a 10/10! We all agree that this place is better than Auntie Anne’s! We were served by an amazing girl named Kayla who was nice and funny! Gracias Kayla, we’ll be back soon.

GET THE REGULAR PRETZELS OR PRETZEL DOGS. Those were delicious. My pizza pretzel bites were very bland tasting & had no flavor.

Me and my Husband went in 10 minutes to close and Marlon was mopping. He was amazing he didn’t skip a beat welcomed us in showed us what he had left and enjoyed a delightful conversation. Not to mention the pretzels are amazing we will be back more often thankfully we live 15 minutes from them 😋 hope to see Marlon again!

I came around 4 in the afternoon and It was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. I had trouble deciding what I wanted and they gave recommendations and I ended up trying out the new funnel cake bitz and they were absolutely delicious! Overall had a great experience and would definitely come here again!
