3 out of 4 orders were given to me wrong. I order a number 2 double burger no onions everytime. Ist time i ordered they gave me a single burger. 2nd time a week later full of onions. 3rd time was tonight, they gave me a patty melt full of onions. The staff can barely speak on a 7th grade level. The wait it takes to receive your food should becable to get it right. Good riddance

Spent a total of an hour in the drive thru, 40 minutes of that we were pulled up waiting on chicken to cook. If you’re having a someone wait this long, speak up first. I could never imagine doing this to one of my customers.

Me and my lady came in early morning. The person taking the order seemed like she didn't care about being there her customer service showed it. When we got the food, it was cold and extremely basic tasting. Fries were cold. The cheese didn't even melt on the burger. We paid for 30 dollars worth of food and was extremely disappointed and couldn't even get a Ranch or Bbq sauce. We can tell the person who made our food put no effort. Just like the person taking the order.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two chicken strip kids’ meals with apple juice and a #21 sausage breakfast on a bun, substituting the hash browns for a medium fry. After placing my order, I told the cashier at the speaker that I also wanted two orders of apple slices. I specifically mentioned that I did not want to replace the fries in the kids’ meals—I wanted both the fries and the apple slices. When I checked my food, I realized that I had only received the apple slices and not the fries. I drove back to the restaurant to have the issue corrected. Upon entering, I saw a large group coming in at the same time, but I went straight to the side counter instead of waiting in line. The cashier who originally took my order, Shamya K., came to the register, and I explained the situation. As we spoke, the manager on duty, Simon, walked past. Shamya apologized, realized she had rung it up incorrectly, and assured me she would fix it. At this point, I assumed the problem was solved. Fifteen minutes passed, and my children were getting hungry, so I sat down to feed them. Still, no fries had been brought out. At that moment, Brandon, who was working the front register, asked if I needed anything. I explained the situation to him, and then Brancy, who was delivering food to customers in the lobby, also came by. I asked if she could help, and after I explained the issue, she apologized and said she would inform Simon, the manager on duty. As Brancy was explaining the situation to Simon, he loudly responded, “Well, she’s going to have to pay for the fries.” Completely unprofessional! At that point, I did raise my voice and asked, “So I’m supposed to pay for your employee’s mistake?” Needless to say, I left feeling extremely unsatisfied. If Simon is supposed to be a manager, he needs to develop better management skills and learn how to provide proper customer service.

This is the last time I'm ever comming here at night. The crew sucks and have screwed up my order more than 3 times now. If your gonna go here go in the morning or afternoon. Night crew here is crap

Thought I’d give another chance but still not up to par. Your money depends on service and quality. Do better.
The location in Foley, AL consistently forgets to put ordered gravy in the bag so we have started double checking before leaving. Sadly today when we got home our ordered gravy wasn't even 1/4 full.

My service was great. I ordered a single cheeseburger and a small fry. My cheese wasn't melted, by burger was lukewarm and there was no mayo, no mustard and no ketchup on it. My fries also like warm. I had to WAIT for these 2 items. Went thru drive thru because I thought it would be quicker, still had to wait. Wouldn't have minded the wait IF my food had been hot

Ordered food for delivery. The food was great. All the drink orders were wrong. We ordered 3 cokes and got three unsweetened tea. Do better !

They were friendly expect for they got part of my order wrong, I asked for a jalepeno burger with mayo and what they gave me was a double cheeseburger plain which I didn’t ask for, I mean I’ll eat it because i’m hungry but, next time I’m going back through the drive through.
