Slooooooooooooooooooooow. I get faster service at a crowded sit-down restaurant. And after all that waiting, the order from the drink to the meal was incorrect. To top it off, food was COLD!

I don't even know what to start. It's disappointing how this Whataburger has gone down hill. When we order our food at the drive through there is always something they didn't get right. And our order is NOT complicated or with CRAZY special requests...we always order 2 LARGE #1s w/ cheese meals w/ CokesOne of those #1s NO MUSTARD NO KETCHUPAfter glancing in the bags.get home and pull the food out... MUSTARD time and time again even with NO MUSTARD stickers on wrapping paper.DRINKS WERE DIET COKES. OR THE DRINKS WERE STRAIGHT Carbonation & NO SYRUP. VEGGIES WERE WET BREAD SOGGY NO FF.CULVER'S WILL BE OUR CHOICE FROM NOW ON

Customers waiting to be served other customers waiting to get their food while we all stood there listening to them all in the back back there really doing nothing but clowning around and talking about how they need a raise they don't get paid enough to put up with the bull the only problem is they weren't doing anything what kind of bull did they have to put up with getting out of bed they suck all of them up there this time of night suck

It's always like you going to be losing a 30 minutes to an hour to get your food and the manager is more interested in telling everybody what to do than helping customers standing at the counter waiting to get served

Used to love this place. Not anymore. The quality of the food is disgusting. Whoever is putting the burgers together obviously doesn't care. Way over priced for slop.

It doesn’t matter if you go to the drive thru or inside! You gotta wait forever. I go through there and get a number 1 sandwich only and it takes 25 minutes to get your order

Wait 30 to 40 minutes only to receive cold food. I don't understand if it the window workers that are just lazy and drag around instead of working or what, but it seems as if the food was made as soon as you order then just sits. 0/5 I hope they close down and something new with good management fills this waisted space

Waited a long time while car in front of me made their apparently large order, then a long time for them to get their food, and then a long time for them toapparently check their order while still blocking the window. When I finally got to the window to get my order, a single hamburger, I was told to pull ahead and wait! The hamburger cost $6.81 and definitely was not worth the wait! To top it all off, when I tried to do the on line survey, information was missing on my receipt to permit me to do so.

Literally spent over an hour in their drive thru last night. The ordering process was the most decent part of the whole experience. We didn't want to pull off after we had ordered so we sat and waited.. expecting to receive fresh food since there was such a long wait.. about 45 minutes after we ordered we made it through and received our food.. we were near immediately disappointed having sampled the fries to find they were completely cold and the texture was like cardboard. Not wanting to sit in the drive thru for another hour we just headed home hoping the burgers would be satisfying. They couldn't have been further from that. The burgers were near inedible. Burnt to a crisp. They looked as the whomever was cooking was angry and Literally pressed the burger and buns as flat as the could go. Wrong ingredients on them.. we waited till this morning to call because we wanted to talk to the store manager. The woman who answered was nasty,unhelpful, and said we should have brought it back lastnight. Really wish we could give negative stars
