We didnt know what to expect with this restaurant but Joella took care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We got the peel and eat shrimp, coconut shrimp, and seafood gumbo. The peel and eat shrimp were cooked perfectly and were jumbo. The coconut shrimp and sauce were delicious and the gumbo was super tasty too. Joella made sure we constantly had our drinks full and everything else we needed taken care of. She was a great waitress and we will most definitely be back. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

An unfortunate return experience. Last year we came here twice it was so good. This year was still friendly service, but the food was pretty bad across the board. Grouper was over seasoned and undercooked. Mahi-mahi and catfish were overcooked and weirdly seasoned. Crab dip was so gross I almost spit it out. Salad bar wasn’t bad for what it is.
The Marine liked his burger but he also eats crayons.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. My group had lunch here today.
I ordered the chicken parmesan—one of the simplest dishes to get right—and it was completely bland with zero flavor. Honestly shocking.
The only decent part was the salad bar, but even that turned frustrating. They give you tiny bowls, and before we were even halfway through, the waitress repeatedly tried to take them away. I had to say “no, I’m not finished” three separate times. It felt rushed and uncomfortable.
The worst part: 6 people in our group ended up with stomach issues afterward. That’s extremely concerning and raises serious questions about food handling and cleanliness.
Between the terrible food, odd service, and the aftermath, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Delicious seafood joint that is owned locally. The fried shrimp were fresh, litely breaded and very tasty. I had the truffled mashed potatoes as the side and they came with two yummy hushpuppies. Very friendly servers and open, fun atmosphere!

I was told this was a must eat at restaurant. We had such high expectations. Unfortunately, other than the salad bar the food was awful. My wife’s fish was so tough you barely could stick a fork in it and my gumbo was the same. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Had to send Mahi sandwich bun back as it was burned on griddle. Very good tho. Bartender overcharged truffle $2 upgrade had to get it corrected. She disappeared when I needed her talking to friends had to flag other down to get sandwich corrected. Great brussel sprouts.

The reason I give this 2 stars is based on the great server we had and the salad bar. The food and atmosphere completely different story. The shrimp and grits left a bad taste in your mouth from the sauce. Fish and chips, the steak fries were crunchy in the middle and the fish was bland and looked as if it was refried before being served. We were stuck in a room off to the side with no windows and away from the main dining room so there was no atmosphere. For the price of the food and the quality I will not return.

Alert! Be aware this restaurant arbitrarily adds a 10% gratuity to takeout orders! They say it’s their “policy” and that many restaurants in the area do the same, (not that I’m aware of) They begrudgingly took it off my order. They should make a tip optional which most restaurants do and not automatically added!

First time here. GREAT food. Mark is our waiter, and show what waiters should be. A lot of restaurants they drop the food off and walk away, stop by towards the end. I watched Mark stop by all his tables and check on them, asked me if I needed anything, and brought it quickly and was extremely friendly and professional. This place reminds me of back when restaurants were actually enjoyable
