The manager was un apologetic, it was a your wrong and I'm right situation, from his point of view and nothing that was said was even registering with him. Like the chicken bacon loaded fries needed a life jacket, it was drowning in ranch!🤣🤣🤣

Again, I walk in. No one to take an order. I’m a kitchen manager locally. This is pathetic. I stood there 10 minutes. No one greeted. Took an order. Nothing. One table. ONE TABLE, maybe one drive thru. Myself and the couple behind me walked out. I’m done coming here. Lucky I don’t mystery shop anymore. 3 in the afternoon. ITS SLOW. So is my kitchen. Fix it. Yall need some help.

I love this chain but I had one of my worst experiences in a fast food place in recent times. The place was totally filthy and I told the person taking my order it really needs cleaned up and he just blew me off. He kept mumbling and I could hardly understand him. had zero understanding of customer service. They all looked like they didn't wanna be there.
Pretty sure the person that took my order was so high he couldn't even comprehend what I was saying: food was greasy and horrible and it's probably one of the worst ran Zaxbys in Alabama.
Somebody needs to get this place in line because the Saturday night staff was a joke.

This is my first time and I will definitely will be back. The chicken was moist and the breading was crunchy. So happy that there was more chicken than breading.

On my way to work I stopped in to grab lunch. I’ve never had the tacos so I thought I’d try the avocado tacos tossed in Buffalo garlic with a side of fries. It was ring up properly. The kid at the register verified my order. Received the order timely. I should have checked. The older lady in the back just threw a chicken finger, slice of tomato and a pinch of lettuce in all three. Not tossed. The fries were soggy like they haven’t been rotated. I didn’t have time to drive back because of work. For 14 dollars that was sad. I most likely will not return to that location.

The girls at the window were the sweetest! They offered me water when I didn’t get a drink, asked how my day had been, and started a conversation with me as I waited on my food. 10/10 will be coming back!

need to retrain your staff on customer service because somebody ends up fighting them. worse experience ever
