Cashier and management were exceptional. The old woman cook in the back tho… didn’t read the order and made it wrong not once but twice and caught one heck of an attitude. The order WAS placed correctly, receipt in hand but she wanted to say cashier entered it wrong. She remade the order and still didn’t do it right. Parmesan garlic is required as a part of Parmesan garlic wings. Ordered traditional wings - got boneless and when we got the actual traditional there was absolutely no seasoning at all on them. Spoke to management and left feeling heard but don’t think too much will happen to ensure the ‘cook’ pays attention to detail and also adds correct seasoning. Maybe she’s having a bad day but her co workers assured me it’s every day 🧐

Ehh...it was fair, nothing great and nothing terrible. Took a minute to ever take our order but had the food quickly after that. Food was average.

Outstanding fast food! Customer service was awesome (Wyatt) and helped me pick out a salad. Our girls loved the chicken strips basket. Great atmosphere and clean, comfortable!

I stopped in just to get something to eat after a long, not great day, and genuinely stolling in brought my spirits up a little bit.
I walked in, and as soon as I was spotted I was assured I'd be met with shortly.
I was greeted and met with a really nice, chill guy who was very kind and "made sure to get the best cookies from the bunch" for me, which was just a nice touch personally.
Then, after I ordered, not even what felt like 2 minutes went by before my food was ready. I didn't even have time to finish getting my drink!
A different guy gave me my food, and he just seemed super nonchalant (in a good way) and very outgoing, and when I asked if I needed proof of purchase or anything, he was very chill and reassuring I was fine.

Honestly just the small things like that can have a big impact on someone's day, and this short Zaxby's trip really helped what was a bad day for me.
