Ehh...it was fair, nothing great and nothing terrible. Took a minute to ever take our order but had the food quickly after that. Food was average.

Outstanding fast food! Customer service was awesome (Wyatt) and helped me pick out a salad. Our girls loved the chicken strips basket. Great atmosphere and clean, comfortable!

I stopped in just to get something to eat after a long, not great day, and genuinely stolling in brought my spirits up a little bit.
I walked in, and as soon as I was spotted I was assured I'd be met with shortly.
I was greeted and met with a really nice, chill guy who was very kind and "made sure to get the best cookies from the bunch" for me, which was just a nice touch personally.
Then, after I ordered, not even what felt like 2 minutes went by before my food was ready. I didn't even have time to finish getting my drink!
A different guy gave me my food, and he just seemed super nonchalant (in a good way) and very outgoing, and when I asked if I needed proof of purchase or anything, he was very chill and reassuring I was fine.

Honestly just the small things like that can have a big impact on someone's day, and this short Zaxby's trip really helped what was a bad day for me.

Miss Amanda is the GOAT. She actually listens to what you want and engages in conversation with you while you wait. She's not a soulless husk at the front counter like everywhere else. She makes the atmosphere great.

Ordered a 5 piece boneless wings meal, and the portion of fries was a joke.. The boneless wings were not nearly as saucy as they normally are.
