I ordered 2 sandwiches one with with bacon and one without.. they came in the same bag and when I asked which one was which the chick said good luck.. not to mention it took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches

They always always! Without fail mess up the sauce, I want the white sauce and I get nothing or red!! I even tried to put double white sauce, I only got it on one pizza!!

I’m guilty of being that person who will order food from the same place for a straight year and then the ONE time I get a dry crusty cheesy bread I clutch my pears and get my fingers stretched to prepare for my angry review.
This is me trying to change that haha

Marcos is our go to pizza place for those days where no one can be bothered to cook a meal. Our kids love the food, the coupons they offer are great, and every person we interact with at the store is always so friendly!

Expensive but the food and service is usually pretty good. Gets the job done if you’re trying to avoid going all the way to Phenix City.

Either burned or you need a spoon to eat it. Entire staff should be fired. This place is terrible every single time I break down in hopes that they will be better this time. Sorry people who don’t care about anything they do. They just hang out and wait on a paycheck that they don’t deserve. Don’t waste your money.

My pizza is hands down the best I’ve had! No joke though it is really good!

Do not support any of these locations , they discriminate, price gouging and lots of inside turmoil on the low. Drivers during the days smoke and sell weed and cigarettes while your food is in the car. Rude to paying customers mostly of African descent. Not the most sanitary place looking from the inside, managers all about self advancement. If you just wanna support these type of people's and business. More power to you! 🛑Highway 431. Placed an order and was given a promos time of 8:23pm. Came up to the store because last delivery I had took almost an hour for 8 bbq wings and I live about 5 mins away. Well got here at 8:28pm and was told another 5 or 10 mins. Why promise a time if it won’t be ready. This Marcos use to be really good. Going down hill pretty fast and it sucks because it’s 1 of like 3 places to eat out here. I’ll go down the street to Freedom fuels and order a hunts pizza from now on. The wing fiasco wasn’t even offered a refund of any kind. Just a rude little girl that answered the phone and a long hold time to speak with a manage.

I like the service when you call and tell you how long you’ll pizza is gonna be and when you get there to get it on time Staff pleasant and friendly they make you feel welcome. I like that.

Not good service and the pizza dry and made wrong. When telling the problem didn't try to fix the problem just hung up the phone

Poor service and extremely unprofessional. They completely messed up my order (gave me a pizza with no sauce) and when I called, I was told "my bad" and all I could get was a $5 credit on a $18 pizza, then hung up the phone before telling me how to receive my credit then, wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call back.
