I understand your perspective. You live in Fort Mitchell and it’s been a long day so you just want to order take out. Theres not much to choose from and you’ve never tried Maries Wings. Don’t. You will over pay and be very disappointed. Ordered something for my wife and I and it was almost 40 dollars. The wings were painfully small and over saturated with the dry rub. Was like mostly eating the skin. Super disappointing and not worth the trip and I live like a minute away.The staff were extremely friendly and the food came out fast. Still avoid this place.

They have no clue how to cook catfish. It was hard as a brick. Fish just crumbled as you broke the thinner pieces and thick pieces were dry. This is after having them to cook it twice. A disappointment
The fried catfish had a burnt taste. It's taste like the grease is old and burnt. Their wings are good just very small. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice.

So, despite the recent bad reviews I decided to give it a try myself. I walked into a large open space with so much potential but there were only like 4 small tables so at first I thought I was in the wrong place. I walked up to the counter as the young lady stopped a conversation she was having and asked if I was picking up or ordering. I told her ordering and I placed my order. Chicken tenders, fries and a sweet tea. I had been craving a sweet tea so I was looking forward to it and trying their tenders. My meal was just under $11, I didnt order anything special so I think thats a bit high for 3 chicken tenders and some fries but thats okay. The girl tells me that itll be 15 minutes. So I take a seat and wait. The girl seemed more interested in talking to the guy sitting beside her than in doing any job honestly. She wasnt nice, she wasnt mean, she was just average. After 15 minutes my food is up and a very nice young lady came over to hand it to me. She opened the box and showed me the food, I okay'd it and she closed it. She asked if I had a drink and started looking at the receipt. I said yes a sweet tea but I didnt know if I was supposed to get it from somewhere or if they gave it to me. She told me that they give it to me. She walked over to a cooler, like a medium igloo cooler where they store their ice (this kind of grossed me out but I guess if its clean, thats okay). She then looked for the tea and asked the girl who took my order if the tea was still in the back. That girl responsed with "yeah but it aint ready". So I had to pick something else to drink. That was disappointing and I thought it was sad that the girl who took my order couldnt have told me that when I ordered it. She just seemed to want to make my ordering a short process so that she could continue the conversation she was having with the young man. So service wise I was not impressed. Food wise: fries were okay - a few of them had a funny taste but overall most tasted like fries. Chicken was not so great. The taste was bland, 2 of the pieces were extra crispy. And the pink lemonade that I settled for was kind of gross too, the first couple sips were okay but I think that was because I was SO thirsty. This place could be good if they had happier people working there and actually cared about the people coming through the door and a little tweaking with the chicken breading. 5/10 I probably wont come back.

We’ve been customers since they have opened. At first the food was great, we loved the wing sauce. But as of the last month it has gone downhill for us. The chicken sandwich is just a burnt crisp of meat, the food tastes like burnt oil and the “mild” wing sauce we loved so much has become entirely too spicy for my kids. Very disappointing. I wish consistency was there. We won’t be back after today, complete waste of money.

Was in MARIE WINGS tonight and honestly it was ghettooooo. Young lady was inside arguing about how rude the manager was. Police was up there and everything. I came in in the middle of things, well I left and came back when I put my order in. The lady was mad about how long her food took in which I can relate because my food took an hour and twenty minutes. But I’m patient. The lady wanted a refund while her food was was sitting on the counter. She didn’t want the food because I guess she was just over the fact that it took so long I couldn’t understand why the lady was so mad until I got my share. The manager was calm t first which was a good thing. I know for a fact the manager is rude and I can see why the lady went off and wanted a refund., but anywho this place is a mess the manager isn’t innocent once the lady decides to leave the manager starts laughing and then say ( her fat A didn’t need the food anyway in her Language in which I speak also). I thought that was rude of her. Well I then I asked how long my food would be and she gets really nasty with me and tell me I’m not getting a refund just like “ she didn’t “ I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted to know how long. This lady is really rude and plays victim when other customers are around. I was about to nut up on her but decided against it, it wouldn’t do me any good. The manager starts to rant about customers in her language again as if I didn’t understand her. I will not patronize this place anymore. That manager is horrible . I think she’s the owner. My food came out brunt and smelly. I wished there were more food places in Fort Mitchell this is absolutely crazy.
