Food is great if prepared properly. That’s the problem, either the employees are not properly trained , can’t understand direction or just plain don’t care. There are too many other Subways to eat at.

Our family of five orders from this location often, so we were disappointed by our recent experience. My husband placed an online order during his lunch break using the $1 deal that Subway offers, but when he arrived, the store canceled his order—even though the app allowed it. It’s frustrating that this location doesn’t honor the same deals as other Subways. Because of that, we’ve decided it’s better for us to go to the location on 431 from now on. I know this is private owned and not one of Roberts Subway’s, but geesh.

WARNING!!! When placing an online order AT THIS LOCATION if the employee is helping another customer in-store and does not accept your order at the time it is placed, your card will still be charged but the order will be dropped and not made. Regardless of the proof of payment the owner refused to make the order and refused to refund our money. He told us the system would drop the nonexistent order and refund our money within 2 days and that He would only make the order if we would reorder and repay a 2nd time. So beware when using their online system the owner will not take responsibility for any order placed there. The other employees talk over the manager and interject themselves into the conversation.

Its basically ran by teenagers at this point. The last few times I have gone in they have either not had something or they say it isnt ready. Its definitely slowly declining in service.

It says is open until 9pm make it there at 8:45pm and they were already done for the night. Could not even place my order. Love to support my local businesses but can’t do when they say they’re open but they’re not

Due to a mix up that I ultimately caused and clearly frustrated, the employees were very professional and so courteous! The showed a level of maturity that is often hard to find. Especially when dealing with curmudgeons.
I was just in there with my husband and I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AT THE WAY THE MANAGER TREATED THE EMPLOYEES. The employees were very nice and always have been when we went in but the manager, an older gentleman who is bald, BANGED on the bathroom door to get the young female employee to come out and then screamed at her to wash her hands. He also screamed at the young man to get back inside in a very belittling way. He is unprofessional and will definitely run business out the door and personally I believe he should be fired immediately.

The management berated his own staff in front of us making the whole experience of even ordering food awkward. I wish we could've walked out but the energy was thus that if we did the workers would get yelled at even more. It seems like an abusive place to work. I feel bad giving it my business and I wish they still had a tip jar so i could've at least given the workers something to make their life less crud. The man needs to be humbled severely.
