Food wasn’t as fresh as it could have been seeing as after I order it took almost 15 min for them to get my food to me. And it took almost 20 for them to even take my order. Always been a big fan of Burger King but if there was another one closer I probably could have driven there got my food and back home in a quicker amount of time.

The food is always great but the store frequently closes 15+ minutes early. This isn't a staffing problem because 3 or more employees are inside and moving around, they just shut everything off early.

This BK is always hit or miss for us! If you know the right times to go to get fresh food it’s decent! Service is typically good too. Friendly and fast.

Consistently,On-Point with their food service and cleanliness This place is operated by adults who clearly realize the competition inside and outside the gates of Fort Novosel. Sometimes, I do have to wait for my food, but I know it'll be worth it. The only problem I have with all remaining Burger King joints, including this one, is that they've moved from the flame broiled Whopper that I have eaten since I was a child and now all BKs produce a grilled/boiled burger. I know the difference. In my career as a restaurant cook, I have tried to duplicate that flame-broiled version of Burger King's Whopper back in 1987, and I did come close. If they got back to the flame-broiled patty, most Burger King restaurants would thrive again, and I wouldn't have to go to Fort Novosel to get a decent burger. Ft Novosel's Burger King is the best around the Wiregrass area, and I hope they remain for a while.

Best place on post to go for a quick and cheap lunch. The people are all extremely kind too.
The food Is usually good and fresh but they need to fire that chubby white guy with glasses. You have to order very slow and repeat yourself four times and he still gets it wrong and then he never put the sauce in the bag for your chicken nuggets. He is very rude and snappy at customers
Beware of the Fort Novosel Burger King!! The gentleman that took our order was very rude. We waited 35 mins for our food just for it to be wrong and our drinks to be watered down and my husband burger had PLASTIC in it and didn’t know till he was almost done with his burger. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they won’t answer of course.
