The worst place to get a food,, the worker here needs to go home and just don't work,, very poor service and makes literally feels that you bother them by buying the food:( we are not asking it for free it's paid by our own hardworking money! Those workers here must needs a training
Might be the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. Bread was hard and crunch (not toasted) lettuce was turning a weird pink color and was slimy, tomatoes looked disgusting. This is not the “fresh” standard I have come to expect from Subway. Hard pass in the future at this location. Maybe try Charley’s or Popeyes chicken if in the PX. Their food looks better, lines are shorter and they move faster.
The facility where Subway is located is nice and clean. The service at Subway was not pleasant. They rang up my order and told me one price. When I informed that I was paying in cash, they felt they needed to ring up the total again. Not once, but rang it up 3 more times. Which came out to $1 more. After I paid they did not offer me the receipt. I had to ask for it. As I walked away the worker said a rude comment. To top it off, the lettuce for the sandwiches were a little brown in color. Not fresh at all.

My wife took my kids there bc they got a coupon for getting all A's in school and the employees were very rude about it commenting about how they need to stop taking coupons and they don't know why they even give them out right in front of my wife and kids.Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If the owner or manager sees this I really hope you retrain these employees for basic etiquette.

Food was good but we stood in front of Gloria for 10 minutes until she put on her gloves and stared at us. No "Hello, one minute please." Not even a "What can I get for you?" Terrible customer service.

Lettuce was old and browning. Asked for double meat and she just hurriedly put some meat on without any accuracy.
I wrote a review for the Subway in Daleville which stated that most Subway restaurants are the same. This one is different than most as it is part of a food court for the Army & Air Force Exchange System. Better workers do make for a better dining experience and this restaurant provides this.
Won’t be back to this Subway. They are out of everything (chips, bread and some meats) my sandwich was a MESS!!! The bread was cut on both sides and I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. The cashier is constantly rushing the customers to pay, asking what did you get and ringing up the wrong thing all at the same time the customer is trying to have their sandwich made.
Customer service was horrible, the lady at the register was rushing me to pay before I could even complete my order.
I love this place. The food is always fresh and their customer service is amazing.

I honestly don't think they could hire anybody who works slower than who was working today. We were first in line, ordered 3 subs (none of which were toasted), and it took roughly 15 minutes. Not the pace you should be moving if you expect to get customers to go here. Food was fine, service was lacking.
