We used to travel a lot, and in the past, have eaten frequently at Applebees for the reliability and certain favorites. At ALL Applebees now, the quality has deteriorated. The only remaining item that is still consistent with the quality and taste are the wontons, although they seem to have shrunk over the years.

I love ❤️ this spot. The food is good, atmosphere is great. On a busy night you still get seated quickly. If you’re into adult beverages this is a must. I don’t drink alcohol. My friends love ❤️ it. The drink specialties and selection are awesome they tell me. GREAT PLACE TO CATCH A BALL GAME. If you get the chance ask for AMANDA, she’s great.

Staff and other customers are great and nice. It the food pricing and quality that isn’t up to standard. The up charges for sides that only involve throwing some cheese on and microwaving is wild. +2.99 for some shredded cheese melted on top of broccoli and definitely not a cheese sauce. I could get a nearly a gallon of gas for the 1/8 a cup of shredded cheese they threw on it. Not making that mistake again.
A textbook example of how to lose a customer in 10 minutes. The hostess sat me in a near-empty restaurant with multiple servers in sight. For over ten minutes, I was completely ignored with no greeting, no water, nothing. I tried to get the attention of several staff members to no avail. The lack of basic service was so glaring that I simply walked out. Save your time and money; I certainly won't be back.
