Absolutely worst customer service I have had in years. Food was cold when we finally got it. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills. Won’t be back.

Food was good but our waitress was very overbooked in her area so we didn't get great service. Not her fault, they literally seated everyone in her area. Way too much for one person to handle in a timely manner. It also took a long time for us to get seated cause the host wasn't rarely at the front seating people. Seemed like he spent more time in the back talking than working his area. Will not be going there again. Also my sandwich was soon greasy! I had the Clubhouse Grille. More greasy than a hamburger usually is! And we got the sampler appetizer platter and they wouldn't let us substitute white queso for the artichoke dip. Why? Weird.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is there but the inside is very narrow. They put my collateral away for me while I was there cause it would have been in the way of the aisle.

The service was terrible n the wait took forever we didn't get appetizers until about an hour there and we got drinks 1 time waitress was terrible we took some food home to warm up just to eat it all of my food was terrible I will never take my family there again it was a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend this place for

Food was fine for its price, but the service was terrible. Host was extremely rude and the staff had the audacity to give themselves a tip AFTER I left a cash tip which was already more than 20% of my meal. There were empty but dirty tables throughout the restaurant and the host sat us next to a speaker when we asked for booth seating due to no one cleaning up the various dirty booths in an otherwise empty restaurant. Terrible service from terrible staff that will steal your money. Do not recommend.

Uber eats gave us the wrong location and the manger at this location was so accommodating and awesome about the mix up. Bartender was amazing as well. 5 stars!
I asked for a bacon cheese burger and it didn't come with cheese. The manager came over and said he would make it right and they were making a new burger right away and he again he said they would make it right. My burger came after the rest of the party had finished their meal. Then the waitress brought the check they had ADDED the charge of an additional cheese burger that they had to make for me because I wasn't happy with the first cheeseburger they incorrectly made. I showed the waitress the check and she talked to the manager. She brought over a new check. (The manager never came back to explain.) They finally took the additional burger cost off the bill plus an extra $8 off. I am glad I looked over the bill first.

If you wanna wait for 25 minutes to get a drink, covered in black stuff. Also sit at a dirty table in a dirty atmosphere. This is the place for you. Do not spend your money here.
