No military or senior discount, but does offer a .25 senior drink.
I guess our curly fries would have been good if we would have gotten them. Check your orders before they go out especially at drive thru & take out. At least inside orders there's time to notice something missing.

Fries and sandwiches were barely warm. Mac and cheese was deemed inedible by 2 of us. The cashier was very impatient and messed up our order.

Asked for 2 honey mustard wraps was given 2 jalapeno sliders.when I corrected the lady she got all mad and huffy about fixing her mistake.sont eat here.rude people service sucks.and my chicken wrap when I got it was cooked so hard couldn't eat it at all had to toss it out

Me and my son stopped to get a late lunch on our way home there was 3 people working that I could see and one of the workers (who takes the orders) was on a phone call on her cell phone walked straight past us didn’t say anything but continued on her phone call, she then started walking towards the back and said I’ll be with you in a minute, I said ok she came back to the front went to the drive thru and started stocking the drive thru which wasn’t empty while still on her phone call at this point I left! Only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because the place was at least clean!

Pulled onto the lot around 6:30 pm, one employee was out front sitting on the curb with his phone. As soon as he saw me he hurried inside. Seems to be the same person who took my order. Had to repeat my order numerous times and still got it wrong, had to make a second trip through to get what I wanted. Good food, typical 2025 service. ***I worked 33 years in fast food***

I’d give it a ZERO if I could. The service was TERRIBLE. Quick to take someone’s money but then want to pull everyone up and make them wait 30 + minutes With the lobby locked???? Not to mention AT LEAST 6 people drive off with food from the drive through AFTER WE ORDERED! Yeah absolutely not. We only ordered a roast beef combo. ; A Beef & cheddar combo. ; A chicken slider WE DIDN’T RECEIVE ! & a 2 piece chicken TENDER kids meal. We got given soggy sandwiches cold fries and ONE TENDER & 2 cold hard nuggets. My child is Two the tenders are easier for her to eat. WE DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT!!!! I know FIRST HAND (I worked at Arby’s for 6 years & was shift manager) it does not take that long to cook the chicken and fries bc with the sandwiches being soggy I know yall have the beef and cheddars and roast beef’s just sitting on the “heating area”. NIGHT SHIFT NEEDS REPLACED. It’s real ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Idk if day shift is any better but night shift DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GO. definitely not a happy camper tonight.

I first went to highway 280 location next to Pinkys alcohol store.
I was told by manager they don't take coupons for Arby's that I got in the mail.
The cashier couldn't appear more disinterested, the only words said to us were our total. Food was pretty meager for the cost. Turkey bacon ranch had 2 pieces of turkey on it. Guess this Arby's doesn't have The Meats.

This is a great locations clean store clean bathroom friendly staff and food made fresh to order I really wish some people would use gloves but hey other then that it's a awesome environment and safe

Went during the lunch rush and was out in about 5 minutes. We are from Missouri and it was refreshing to experience such great customer service on our way through. Great job!

My experience is I pull up at the window and these lazy worthless human beings turn the light off on the freaking drive-thru sign 2 hours before they're closed I hope an actual manager or somebody who who is over the employees there is reads this crap because y'all are just as responsible as they are you'll hired them and it whoever drives the old silver Navigator it's in there managing you need to fire them
