Went through the drive thru & ordered Turkey sandwich and Fish with no cheeseGot home and I had cheese on my fish sandwich and something with onions and barbecue sauce. It sure wasn’t Turkey, lettuce and tomato so always check your order before you leave. I know better than to trust the folks in the drive thru but I didn’t check my order this time so it’s on me. This is the second time in less than 6 months. I won’t go back for a third time. Go right up the road to Gardendale for perfect service

Service bad. Drive through attendant was pitiful. She acted as if she didn't want to take our order. We felt rushed and unimportant. Also they left some food off. We pulled down off you timer only to get the cold shoulder. She didn't even say here you go or nothing. Nor did she say you are welcome when we said thank you. She just threw the bag in the car and turned and left. Maybe she was having a bad day or mentally challenged. We were very disappointed at the service.
Fries were like a popsicle. Manager was notified of bad service.

In the past 4 or 5 times I've been to this Arby's during lunch time in the last several months, they were very quick and super friendly. They're also very mindful and have put condiments in the bag without me asking. Great employees!

I gave the girl the order at the drive thru. Got to the window to have the manager tell me that's not what I ordered. I repeated it twice when I ordered it and whomever was on the speaker repeated it back to me. The woman at the window called me a liar. The young lady at the window seemed to be blown away by the older woman who was just plain hateful. I told her no problem I'll be glad to pay more for the right food and she continued to throw insults and talk down to me and my crew in the truck.If one of my crew talked this way to a customer they would be gone even if they were s crew lead or manager.What was s regular stop for us on our way home each evening is no longer on our list.
