Ms. Ken took my order at the counter with exceptional service, and I got my food fresh, and quickly. She asked the right questions and maintained the legendary Bojangles status!

First time at a Bo Jangles... and I wasn't disappointed.
We received excellent service from Laura (I believe it was on April 12th during lunch. She went above and beyond, which is refreshing (and rare) to see. We will be back because of our great experience.

Well my order wasn’t hot and while walking to the front desk , the cook , a small black man , came and met me , and deeply apologized, and took the food and made me a fresh , hot order . But still , the chicken looked and tasty funny . It was well done , but still pink , so we threw the chicken away and ate the box that it came in , and I must say , that it was delicious 🍿😃

I’ve only been through the drive-thru in the mornings, but my experience here has been really good. Best biscuits by far!

I went through the drive thru and it was immaculate. The speaker? Crystal clear. My sandwich? Crispy AF. The fries? Seasoned to perfection. The sweet potato pie? Couldn't have been made better by god himself.

I love their chicken strips. The way some people love Chick-fil-A is how I love Bojangles.

Rude and unprofessional staff and manager. Take your business elsewhere.

There was only one car ahead of us and we were asked to pull around to the other side door, all along with all of the cats behind us, I'm assuming to avoid the drive thru timer. Once we were finally given our order we were told to pull back to the drive thru window for condiments.

I started in the drive-thru and was rushed to complete my order. I ordered one meal and was told the total and told to pull around. I informed the lady over the intercom that I had more to order and she was silent and did not respond. I pulled into a parking spot to go inside and order my meals only to hear her talking about me to the other employees. She even admitted that she was talking to someone else and was waiting for me to order the rest. She ought to know that no one is a mind reader these days and had she to asked me to continue with my order, I absolutely would have. From a customers point of view…she could have either addressed me about the confusion when I got inside or held her comments until I left the building. Just poor customer service. To note, the service I received on the inside was great and much appreciated.
