Everytime I go there they mess the order up after I tell them twice no cheese plus they do not check the items they place in the bag always missing something as slow as they are you would think they would have enough time to make sure the orders are correct in the future I will go somewhere else waiting 30mins for food and having it wrong no worth it

Last night,around 9:50pm, I tried to place a drive-through order but was told to come back in 20 minutes due to technical issues . Waited at the parking lot and tried it again but was told they were close due to short staff. Got out of work at 5pm and was told they were close.....

My kids love the playground inside here. Anytime I ask the kids if they want burger King and they say yes I know it's going to be awhile. No matter what my kids alway want to get out the car and play in the little playground they have for kids. It's never to packed. It's always clean. Plus it's a good way to wear the kids out all while being comfortable yourself.Kid-friendliness: Has a playground on the inside

They changed the people, this place is great! One of the best char-grilled hamburgers from Burger King I have ever eaten…great service, staff was polite and kind! Great place for a quick meal!

Just went to the drive thru of the Fultondale, AL Burger King and at first we thought they were closed because of the employees playing in the parking lot. Pulled in to order and was greeted with “hold please”. I aired and waited finally got some conversation in the background of playing employees. Started the order finally and was told that to order the Bacon King they will need to cook the bacon and that takes about 30 minutes. Tell me you don’t want my business without telling me you don’t want my business. No thanks, went somewhere else. Just D***

The lady at the speaker started taking my order, then said hold on a minute and disappeared. I was sitting there waiting for ten minutes. I finally pulled up to the window and the girl there had no idea I had been waiting at the speaker. She took my order and gave me my food. When I got home, I realized they got my order wrong.

The manager (I think) on duty Wednesday night 7/6/23 was the best! I'm sure we looked rough - it had been a difficult day and we certainly felt rough. He was so kind. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him a shout out.

The phone doesn't work and neither do the people. Cussed out and said I made her feel slow because she asked me to repeat my order and I did? She took 10 minutes to take my order and then still didn't do it. At BK, get cussed out cause Felicia rules. Well, bye Felicia. Just remember, I pick your catheter size.
