was so excited to see a young Black teenager stepping into her first job here, full of energy and potential. It felt like a great start for her future. Sadly, that excitement didn’t last. Instead of support and encouragement, she was met with the kind of treatment no young person should ever experience—clear signs of racism and colorism that pushed her out rather than building her up.
For a company that claims to stand on strong values, this location failed one of the most basic: treating every employee with dignity and fairness. Watching a promising young worker be discouraged and mistreated like this is heartbreaking, and it raises the question—how many other young people are going through the same thing here?
Parents and families deserve to know what really happens behind the counter. More to be exposed.

It was so crowded when we got here to eat, but the staff handled all the orders with efficiency! Even made sure all the tables were cleaned asap. Great experience!!
