11:45 am on a Monday. Counted 10 tables that had customers,yet took forever to get seated and never saw a waitress. I didn't even get a menu. Finally got up and left.

Horrible!!! Went to Chili’s on 516 2025 at 8:06 PM. A server was.Shelby what a horrible experience we have to sum it up I was server forgot everything from the beginning to the end. I don’t know if it seem like she was on some medication or something. Don’t want to assume anything I end up talking to the manager regarding our server when our food came out cold also with hair the manager only offered me a free dessert which I did not get I spent over $170 will not be telling anyone. Horrible service and management!!!!

There is a reoccurring problem with Chili’s: it is over priced, the food lacks quality, and the service is poor.
My wife and I decided to give the restaurant another chance after a couple poor experiences over the last decade. However, there was no improvement with the last visit either. The food is way overpriced, decent quality (fast food comparable), and the service is always slow. Needless to say, we will not be giving it another try.

The lady I got the to-go order from is very sweet and friendly, but unfortunately, I trusted that the order and correct and have just made it home almost and realized it’s wrong. 😭

We arrived to a fairly empty restaurant and waited to be seated. We had just left the Lakeshore Drive Birmingham location bc we waited so long to be seated in an empty restaurant and then went through three different employees trying to seat us but the tables were dirty. We came to this location instead. It was definitely cleaner. Host was rude. The waitress obviously didn’t want to be there. It was FREEZING in the restaurant.. so bad that the lady behind us had her hoodie hood pulled up and tied around her face but employees didn’t care. My daughter ordered the chicken BACON RANCH quesadillas and they came with no bacon on them or ranch. I told the waitress and she walked off and brought back some ranch never addressing the no bacon. I predict Chili’s will not last much longer unless they make some changes.

Finally got seated and waited another 15-20 min for someone to acknowledge us. Then once we got our food the waitress spilt salsa on one of the kids head. They said they would give him a free dessert. That didn't happen. 170.00 spent at this establishment with a Horrible experience and horrible management. Would not recommend this place

Not the best experience it was freezing from time of wait until receiving the ticket. It made it very uncomfortable I did not receive my bar drink that was ordered, so I canceled. The appetizer was well however when it came to the entrees satisfaction just depleted the standards. Besides the long wait in the cold during this experience the food WAS NOT HOT! It's been years since I've seen my mother Send her Food back to the kitchen, UNSATISFIED was the understatement for the night @Chilis #Fultondale #Overspent

Service was not good at all. Waitresses drinking on job. Saw her put two shots of liquor in styrofoam cup she was using. Another Waitress was vaping by bar then was eating in door of kitchen. Had to wait for her to take order. Food is excellent just Service is not good and this is not the first time it's been this way.
