Of course my husband and I came in an hour before closing and we felt the animosity. The server was adequate, but it was very obvious she did not want to be there. Her section was not cleaned as if she didn't want to be seated. Once she finally got to our table she was nice enough she got our drink order. We where ready to order, but she left too fast to take that order to get our drinks. She took our order and put it in. The food actually came out good except my fries were definitely old they were cold, but my chrispy sandwich was delicious. Not dry very flavored I ate every bit. She only checked on us once when the food came out before we even had the chance to take a bite and then we didn't see her until we were ready for our check. I know we came in an hour before closing, but we didn't plan on staying late we had been in ICU with a family member all day and just needed to eat then hurry to get home to sleep so we could go back home sleep so we could back the next day. We finished half an hour later. The restaurant itself is getting rundown and is in desperate need of an update or even just a paint job. Would we go back? It wouldn't be our first option.

We eat lunch at Chili’s in Fultondale pretty often while at work, and it’s always a great experience. Our go-to favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla, you can’t go wrong with it! We definitely recommend ordering it with honey chipotle and ranch on the side for dipping, it takes it to the next level.
If you’re looking for a solid lunch spot in Fultondale, Chili’s has you covered!

So me and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the food at this chilis 🌶️ in Fultondale yesterday. I love the eggrolls and they were all good! However this place refused to take my method of payment because it was a cashapp Visa card I explained that was my money to pay was, I'm not from here. Will you please run it, the big black mgr did not offer his name, nor did he have on a name tag, came to our table with a whole attitude and still refused to accept it, something about I can stop payment or dispute charges and I'm like you can do that with ANY card! Nevertheless I'm sitting here scrambling trying to figure out another way to pay! Embarrassment is an understatement!! Finally I called my mom to see if I use her card to pay the tab and then it was done, I was so ready to leave that establishment I felt humiliated!! Will never visit again!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (3/10 at best)
Came to Chili’s Fultondale for my birthday thinking I’d get food and vibes… instead, we got a full lesson in how not to treat humans.
First, no greeting from anyone from the start your ..(host) at the door just “booth or table,” like we were ordering ourselves from IKEA. Then they sat us across from a family of four with kids like, bro, do you not see this is a date? Read. The. Room.
Anthony, our server, brought the check AND to-go boxes before we even finished eating. Bro, what are we, on Speed Eating 101? He rushed us ..Both meal and appetizer landed at the same time, plates crowded, tortillas stale, peppers overcooked, southwestern eggrolls doing me dirty, lemonade so tangy I’m vibrating… and of course, zero extra tortillas.
Mid-service, Anthony dips, tells a new server to take over, and she drops ANOTHER ticket on us like, wow, thanks for the double billing experience. She didn’t speak or anything .. Meanwhile, we’re just sitting there like, are we in a race? Did we miss the memo?
$52 wasted. Food? Eeh. Service? A solid 3/10. Humor? Unintentional. Birthday ruined? Almost, but my man later saved the day… thanks to my boo
Chili’s, maybe teach your staff some basic manners, human interaction, and how to read a room. Until then, I’ll just microwave my fajitas at home and skip the trauma.

(Edited to add. Chili's commented below, wanting me to reach out to them. When I did, they said they would review the claim and get back to me asap, and I still haven't heard anything from them. They are just posting these comments but not doing anything to fix the issue.)
We arrived here 2 hours before closing time. When we walked in we waited a little over 5 mins before anyone showed up to seat us and there were only 3 tables with people sitting at them, when seated we waited another 13 mins before anyone ever walked over to our table all while there was a group of waitresses sitting at a table talking and cutting up. An entire row of table next to us still had food and trash where previous customers had eaten and it was never cleaned off (That stayed there the entire time we were there) finally someone came out of the kitchen and saw us sitting there and told the group of waitresses that we needed to be tended too. None of them got up or even budged. Finally someone that was off the clock came over and took our drink order and apologized that Noone had seen to us. We finally got our drinks 5 mins later from the same person that was still off the clock. She then took our order. It was late and we didn't want to eat heavy so we just ordered appetizers as our meal. We got the chips and salsa with a side of guacamole and a order of the loaded cheese fries. That was our entire order besides drinks and we had to wait for 25 mins on that. We finally got the food (once again from the girl that was clocked out for the night) and the fries were cold and tasted freezer burnt and the chips were stale. While waiting on the food my husband had drank all of his dr pepper. When the food arrived he asked if he could get a refill. They never brought it or came back to check on us. Finally they brought the ticket. I told them we never received his drink and that our food was not great. They replied with well we will bring you a Togo cup and asked how much we were going to tip. We paid $34 for terrible food and no service. We love chili's normally but I doubt we will return after this.

There is distinct mold/mildew smell when you walk in. Water is dripping from the hvac vents. The appetizer has cold spots and the entrees were not any better. The Mac and cheese was obviously not fresh. All this for $66 when it wasn’t even worth half that. Last time ever visiting this location.

Worst chilis I have ever been in…. Cajun pasta was overcooked and almost mush, didn’t even eat it and was still charged. Waitress came by one time the entire meal and only filled my son’s water one time. This was an aweful customer service experience

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chili’s. I ordered a burger and was shocked to discover it was served undercooked and visibly raw in the center. This is not only unappetizing but also a serious health risk. Food safety should be a top priority, and this kind of negligence is unacceptable. I expected better quality and care from a national chain. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Walked in & waited over 5 minutes while watching 2 servers have social hour till I grabbed a menu & walked up to them & asked if I could be seated. A heavyset one with dishwater blonde hair had an attitude bc gawd forbid I interrupted their conversation. I was seated & my waitress was skinny with brown spiral perm short hair. She was very friendly but got my order which I changed to a to-go order due to an E.R. call. Ordered buffalo hot boneless wings & got barbque bone-in wings that were very dry & disgusting. Had to throw out. My quesadilla was very tasty along with my sweet tea.

Boneless wings were cold, but the sliders were good, and the cheese sticks were good.
