Nice inside. Warm inside. Food smells good. There is 3 stars lit up on the front and 4 dark in the front. Chili's is a great place to dine in. The Bar looks great.

I would have had to actually receive service to give a better rating. Walked in for a late lunch on Monday, not busy at all, no hostess on duty but servers kept walking by and ignoring us until one finally sat us. Waited patiently for a server to greet us. The bartender was our server. Ten minutes in our drink order was taken, all sodas, but never delivered. Bartender told us she needed to take care of a to go order first. I’m assuming she did but then went back to making bar drinks and never brought our sodas. We finally got tired of waiting and gave up and walked out. It was particularly disappointing because we were traveling through and looking forward to our visit because our local Chilis has the same service issues. We haven’t really experienced this with other chains, just Chilis. Is it just Alabama Chilis? When I visit friends in VA their Chilis is always spot on with service.

Had a wonderful server. We were celebrating both our recent B-days. We got a yummy fudge cake with ice cream after our meal. Server was very kind, and attentive. We had the lunch specials. Oldtimers with Fry's. Well, at least me. A old timer, having a Old Timers hamburger. Had my first one at the Dallas location over 40 years ago in the early 1980's. 😃

So I absolutely love Chili’s but the service is getting worse every time I visit. This particular night I door dashed $60 worth of food. The order was ready at 6:15pm. Why should I have to wait 15 additional minutes because of bad customer service?

Server was really nice, but the food was just okay, not much flavor. Also, someone was dusting the ceilings while we were eating and that's just ew, it seemed really unsanitary.

Never have I been to a restaurant to where the server was nothing short of amazing!!! 🤩 Thomas was a remarkable young man, very mannerable, sweet and kind! Ten toes down I will be back! ❤️😁
I’m from Montgomery and was in town with my husband last night to attend a show. We wanted to grab something to eat and since it was across the hotel, where we were staying, we decided to stop here for a to go order. We ordered two Cajun pastas, one with shrimp and the other with chicken. Upon walking in, there was nobody at the podium to greet people. As people kept coming in and waiting for someone to come. A lady came out and asked one person what they ordered and since it wasn’t ready, she tried to go back in the back. I had to ask her if she can check and see if my order was ready. And it was! Anyway, got back to the room just to find out that the chicken was missing from the pasta and there was barely any sauce on them both. It’s safe to say that I don’t plan on going back any time soon even if I return to the same hotel. It cost too much money to be wasting on food that’s not right nor taste good!

I was waiting to be seated for over 5 mins, multiple people walked by and no one made any acknowledgement that I was even there. I finally get seated and another 10 minutes of just sitting there before the server YELLS from another table asking what I want to drink. I was just a table of one, I did not get a greeting, but every other table got a greeting. I was shouted at for my drink order. The food was ok, not the best chillis I've ever had, but the service was beyond terrible. I am a server myself, so I give a lot of grace to bad servers, but this was just completely unacceptable and I will not be back.

My friend and I came in to place a to-go order and immediately we were greeted with nothing but attitude. The bartender/server acted like it was a chore to serve us, and everyone there acted like they hate their lives. When I opened up my order on the way home everything was just thrown in the box and there was sauce everywhere. Just an overall terrible experience. At least the food tasted good 🤷🏻♀️
