Cheap, salty, gets the job done. I was impressed by the speed the pizza's were made. I know corporate will freak out about a 3-star review. Don't worry Domino's, you're doing fine. 3 stars is all anyone expects when ordering Domino's.

If ya get a chance try there chicken bacon ranch , but have it on there parmesan cheese stuffed crust. Have to say that's 1 good pizza that we have bought few times lol. Ty for bringing it to the menu 😋

Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. The poor guy was so stressed out being the only driver on a Saturday night and was aggravated but still made sure to give me the right stuff and check the address. Thank you to Steven

Food is Fast and hot, staff are Friendly. I’ve ordered here at the Fdale store about 5 times. Their food has been delicious and made fresh every time. My faves are the Parmesan bites and the chicken Alfreda pasta. The pizza is good too. I love their seasoned crust.

If I could do zero stars I would I just had my order delivered I was gonna tip the driver he had an attitude.i called the restaurant to make an complaint they hung up in my face wouldn’t recommend this location

I ordered pizza and Parmesan bites for delivery. It took 50 minutes to deliver from the time the driver left the store according to the tracker. My pizza was cold and looked like it was shaken in the box. The Parmesan bites were cold. I paid for Parmesan cheese and it was not provided and the driver was like they just gave me this to deliver. But I paid for it. What does the insurance get you, reward points that have to be used within 30 days. Just ridiculous.
Yes, was a great location of dominoes a year ago now it is the worst location of Domino’s. Do not order your food from this location instead try Papa John’s much better pizza. Also friendly staff. We are calling corporate to see if we can get this location closed. The manager today and Indian person was very rude and screaming at us on the phone. He needs to be fired immediately or close the store.

I’m definitely going to stop ordering from the Fultondale location. The pizzas are often dry or sloppy.. the service is very inconsistent. I never know when I’m going to get a good pizza. Delivery is slow bc they try to group orders to their convenience.. that I understand, but not when a person’s food is getting cold and stiff. The Hueytown location is top tier, and they truly have gotten it right 95% of the time over the past 7 years. Whether it be my coworkers and I ordering delivery to the community school, me picking up a pizza after work on a Friday to bring home (Fultondale) to enjoy, or sending my mom to pick up a carry out order HUEYTOWN’S location is A1 & CONSISTENT. Many of the workers at the Fultondale location should take more pride in their day to day work. Salam & Amethyst are two of the best workers you have. Trendarius was a remarkable delivery driver once (Nov. 21, 2023).. I even found his cash app and sent extra tip money. He represented the company very well.
I’m a foodie, work hard, and expect to be satisfied with the product/service I receive. You all consistently let me down. Last week I spent $95 on dinner for 2 at the new pizza spot Grimaldi’s in Hoover. Two weeks before that I tried Capella’s pizza on 280. I’m done wasting my time and money at this Dominos location. I’d rather go buy a frozen one from the store for the sake of decency and consistency.
