I made an online order and was unable to cancel it. This is absolutely absurd, and I pretty much paid money to Firehouse for absolutely no reason. I called the restaurant, and was told to cancel online. I went online and was directed to the virtual assistant that told me to call the restaurant to cancel the order. I called the restaurant again and was instructed to call customer service. I called customer service and was directed back to their website. REALLY ANNOYING and unfair. It shouldn't be that difficult to cancel an online order that you JUST made.

We ordered online last night. We ordered it will no cheese or mayo and submitted the order. We picked up the order and it came with mayo so we took it back in and asked for it to be remade. The man at the computer said sure and then tossed the sandwich in the trash. Right after the sandwich was tossed in the trash the lady from the back came out and refused to remake the sandwich saying that our requests were not on the ticket. But then told us they can get the sandwich out of the trash and give it back to us. What in the world??? So we lost the sandwich and $17.00.

Girl at regerster didn't know the menu. Asked for no cheese got cheese, sandwich building guy got into it with her . And the pickles where soggy. Overall not terribly impressed.

First time at Firehouse subs. The sandwich was great, I will get it again. Don't be in any hurry, it took a while for the order, but it was worth the wait.

I placed an order thru uber eats for pickup at the store. I sent my hubby to pickup our order. The manager said I had to call uber eats to tell them I'm picking up even though my app said "pickup completed". I spoke the Mgr, Chelle, and she told my hubby she couldn't give him the order until he showed her his driver's license to prove it was picked up by him and not uber eats delivery. She proceeded to take a picture of my hubbys license and harassing him by insinuating. and saying we would call uber eats and try to scam and make a false claim that we didn't get our food like she saw on tik tok, or that's what she told my husband. She was very rude, and offered no customer service for the inconvenience. She continued running her mouth trying to lecture my hubby after withholding my order for 35 mins, that I paid for, and my food was cold when I got home. After calling back to the store to get her name, and title, she hung up on me 2x, and I then called firehouse subs customer service to make a complaint. Chelle needs to be fired.

I used to work here. Basically, this company and the respective franchisee expects a whooooole lot from the workers when the insensitive to work that hard and adhere to so many arbitrary rules is virtually nonexistent. And on top of that, instead of trying to be a bit more lenient and cooperative, instead they just fire people and replace them with either: A) decent workers who eventually leave because they have self respect, or B) worse workers who definitely don't have ethics or common sense and for some reason those people seem to stick around, and the general manager wonders why she can't keep people. Speaking of which, I used to think highly of her, but as per usual I learned that she was fake and instead of being a responsible adult and confronting me on certain issues, she instead acted passive aggressively and got mad at anyone for pointing out issues with the system. Anyway, good food and all but the higher echelon, like many of those companies, are out of touch or too proud to bend a little to make working there more favorable.

I’ve gone to this location consistently since before Covid and the food has always been really good. 90% of the time the service is good as well, unless there’s a certain guy there. He always has an attitude, I came in one night and went to place an order and he stared at me until I placed my order no “how are you” or anything to show good customer service. He said nothing to me from the moment I walked up until he handed me my drink. I tried to order take out Sunday night 5/12 and he answered the phone and I told him I wanted to make a order for pickup, he huffs and says “whatcha want” and I start to order and he interrupts me and says “what do you want”, I immediately knew it was him when he picked up the phone but tried to just order my food but I ended up hanging up and getting food somewhere else because I’m tired of dealing with him. I’m give it 2 stars solely for that guy and I’m not going back to that location again. If you hate your job that much then go work somewhere else because that looks bad on the business and is clearly pushing away business.
