I know some complain about the cost but I got to thinking about it while there today. I walked in to a clean restaurant. I was met with a very friendly staff. The food was cooked perfectly and the Cajun fries were great as always. So for about 30 bucks the two of us had a great meal while setting outside enjoying the beautiful weather. For the record we were at the Fultondale Alabama location.

Food was great, service was great but a very unpleasant experience if you eat inside. Music extremely too loud, can not carry on a conversation and it appears to be Hard Rock music which makes it difficult to enjoy the meal. Most of the patrons sitting next to us were complaining about the loud music as well.

Received incorrectly prepared food. Called to arrange for a replacement in the future. Unfortunately I was connected with Anthony when I called. He would not allow me to complete a sentence. He accused me of raising my voice. Telling his resolution without even allowing me to voice his option is unacceptable. Every time I tried to speak he cut me off and kept telling me I was speaking too loud. How can I be too loud if I am not allowed to speak. Horribly RUDE person. Horrible Customer Service.
I called Corporate Office, very pleasant conversation. She spoke, allowed me to speak.
This was a simple issue that was made difficult by employee, Anthony.
We stopped in to get one member of our party a burger since they did not like the other place we had stopped. The service was very fast and everyone was unbelievably friendly. There were a lot of please and thank yous and just a general feeling of people who enjoyed their work. The burger was said to be delicious and too large to finish in one sitting. Two meals were made out of that sandwich. One of the things that I like most about this establishment is that it is always well lit and the windows are not covered with posters so that you can still see inside easily. I like being able to go in and place an order and check on the car that we have left in the parking lot. This is a very good place to eat. Oh, I almost forgot. The parched peanuts were absolutely delicious and made for a nice snack later in our trip.
